Sprint was horrible then they merged with T-Mobile. I couldn’t believe it could get any worse but it absolutely did! With T-Mobile no one can understand what I’m saying because of constant static and sound interference. It’s not the phone because I bought a new new and the same thing happens. It also sounds like other people talking. It drops my calls several times a day, every day. Sometimes we just hang up because it’s impossible to carry on a conversation. I have a monitor app on my phone. I paid to send the test to the doctor to read it and they said it was complete static and interference. I paid for nothing and I can not use the monitor any longer because my service is so bad. If your considering T-Mobile think again! We are switching service. Was this review helpful to you?
Although the reception is good, the customer service is horrible. I was notified that I can do an exchange on my phone for any reason and when I went the workers including the manager said otherwise. They had lack of communication and wouldn’t even try to help me out. I am never purchasing a phone with this company ever again. Very disappointed. Was this review helpful to you?
I have T-Mobile and am primarily out in Far East Bliss. The reception is awful. I will have 4 or 5 bars but no service provider even with data roaming on. Sadly, due to work requirements need to change company even though I just got this contract a few months prior to arriving. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Was this review helpful to you?
Sorint service is horrible. Not just this location, but throughout El Paso and the United States. I travel a lot for work and Sprint consistently sucks. Was this review helpful to you?
We just switched from AT&T to Sprint because we wanted unlimited data... oh boy what a mistake. I need to be in a place with wifi in order to be online. I can't believe they lie to customers about working on towers... thats been going on for years! People... do not go with Sprint it is horrible in El Paso. Was this review helpful to you?
In my work with the military, I travel out to the maneuver areas and test ranges on Fort Bliss, McGregor Range, and all over White Sands Missile Range. I am able to make and receive calls while several co-workers are not. That is my biggest selling point for Verizon - quality coverage when I need it. Downside is that this quality comes at a price - I know I pay a bit ($5 to $35) more than co-workers, but at least mine works! Was this review helpful to you?
El paso and surrounding area reception sucks. Galaxy S6 EdgeWas this review helpful to you?
Extremely slow, no internet unless your at a free wi-fi location. Your paying for a free service. Drop calls, dead zones. While the person next to me has Verizon and get reception both Internet and can make and receive calls. Big rip off service. I think it's only in the El Paso area that Sprint is not good. Was this review helpful to you?
Very bad coverage. Internet is always sloww. Not 4 g quality. Called customer service several times. They'll tell u . That their working / updating towers to be patient for a couple of days while "towers are being upgraded" but coverage neverrr improvesss. Lasted only one month with themm. Sprint is not worth the monthly bill they try to chargeWas this review helpful to you?
Sprint lured my to buy their 4G phone by saying how great it would be, but they didn't bother to install the infrastructure and after about 2 years I gave up on them. Having been a customer for like 15 years, I tried to give them every chance, and they honestly didn't seem to care. Finally switched to Verizon and it's been great. Don't waste your money on Sprint. I'll NEVER go back after repeated pleas for improvements, they never even replied. When I could get a person, they seemed to acknowledge they were bad, and gave zero assurance they would get better! Was this review helpful to you?
