Good luck with AT&T service out on the reunion area. Hit and miss is an understatement. Talked with them about it and they pretty much don't care.

Bad Signal. 1 sometimes 2 Bars in the house and out. Forget receiving or making a call from the basement. Often calls get dropped driving around town. My main concern at this point is my home. To live in populate metro area with such bad signal reception is NUTS! I heard that Verizon will offer a signal booster for free if you live in a kind of dead spot. So I am going to give them a call about that first. That would be cool of them to take care of their customers like that. Its worth a try.

Lousy service with a lot of dropped calls and at peak times we are unable to send texts. Hopefully we’re getting more phone towers since the area is constantly growing.

Poor to no reception from Verizon. When you complain to Verizon they say that the FDC won’t allow them to put up more towers, which is a lie! FDC says the local cities control where towers can be put up. Next Commerce City Council meeting I will be asking them what is going on ? Please feel free to join me. Also installed 70db phone signal booster. It made no difference.

We have infinity fiber optic Wi-Fi or we wouldn’t have Internet at all. We try and use Wi-Fi calling, which is a little better. The problem is infinity is so crowed that the bandwidth can change 150mg in the evening. The only way to receive better phone and Internet is to move close to three providers towers, which are very few and far between. 5G is not available in our area, and the 5G that is available in Thorton, there are 3 levels, is the slowest.Not much faster than 4 G.

Poor, poor reception. Has gotten worse since the merger with sprint. Can’t have a call without problems. Signal strength is poor. Sometimes it will switch to no service, can’t make calls, people complain they can’t hear you.

Metro PCS service is very very poor service in my area.i have been westing my money for nothing.even I I have no WiFi from my house then I cannot make any call.and I’m not satisfied with technical support.they can’t fixed this problem at all that I have been informing since a year ago.
