The worst service everWas this review helpful to you?
I feel like the phone network is being manipulated to be slower so as to boost the 5G sales. Why is it running slower now that they're running 5G commercials. Not to mention that they're trying to charge you more to receive 5G. Hopefully they will follow T-Mobile's lead by not charging for 5G.Was this review helpful to you?
AT&T is terrible. I have to stand outside to get any form of coverage. Calls dropped. Even when calling AT&T technical services calls drop from the telephone tree runaround to service agent. Was this review helpful to you?
Signal bad for calls and text; extremely bad or nil for dataWas this review helpful to you?
Went from 4-5 bars with AT&T to 1-2 bars with T-Mobile. If not for wifi calling I'd be gone in a heartbeat. Oddly, next to the T-Mobile store.8 miles from my house (32nd and Federal)... boom... a solid 5 bars... clearly they are stacking the deck! Was this review helpful to you?
SO... . This is a 2-part problem. My phone is 5 or 6 years old. But even with an old phone, IF it had "WIFI CALLING" I would be able to boost my calling abilities immediately. This actually goes for ALL network carriers that you are connected to!!!! **Go to settings, network connections and then if you don't see it there, it might be hiding under another network option in settings. Was this review helpful to you?
Calls drop constantly. Only 2 bars on phone. 4g cuts in and out. 4 to 5 bars in the car.Was this review helpful to you?
Horrible reception within 3-4 blocks of my house. Usually cannot connect to net or make a call. 1 bar or none. Get more than a few blocks away and reception jumps up to 3 or 4 bars. btw, my car shows 4 and 5 bars for Onstar internet reception at home. I may drop ATT and just go with Chevy in car wifi. Was this review helpful to you?
I thought AT&T was bad until I moved to Verizon. All over the north area of Denver I am lucky to have more than 1-2 bars. Can not used the internet without timeouts. Have dropped calls regularly. Calls that do connect have poor connection. What a mistake. Living in a city the size of Denver cell reception should never be an issueWas this review helpful to you?
No problems with dropped calls and could be on hold for ages without worrying. Have just switched to another carrier as I needed to alter service while I was abroad on holiday. Now I'm back and am regretting having changed carrier. Was this review helpful to you?
