Terrible service! Don't go with ATT in Denver if you're thinking about it. Calls drop all the time, anywhere and everywhere. How can I live in a large city and not get coverage?!

Horrible coverage that seems to have gotten worse if that is possible. Have tried using an AT&T Microcell and also WiFi calling at different times, and nothing is reliable enough to supplement the weak signal. I have also found AT&T's coverage throughout the metro area to have gotten weaker / more congested, which has impacted data speeds and led to poor voice quality. I've been an ATT Wireless customer non-stop since the 90s and finally at the point where I am planning a switch...

Frequent dropped calls / missed calls, incoming and outgoing, in-house and in the car on nearby streets. Often cannot connect to anyone. Most of the money we pay to AT&T is wasted, as we get no service in return. In the middle of a metropolitan area of over 1 million people. No. Service.

Reception is no problem. Customer service is pretty much non existent. You have to take all your issues online and they don't do a thing for existing customers. I looked at this website in order to see who I want to switch to.

If I stay inside, only about half of what I say can be heard by person on other end and vice versa. If I go outside, that % can increase to as much as 90%--until the call gets dropped. I lived in suburban DC for 18 years and had no more than 10 dropped calls over that entire time period. Here, my calls get dropped multiple times every day. Pathetic.

Awful service and little to no connection in my home. Rarely can complete a single phone call without an issue and often have to call back my contacts several times in order to complete a call, or I have to drive somewhere else to make a call. Incredibly frustrating and unfair to pay a lt of money for service that doesn't work!

Have lived here for 4 years with ATT and never had any service. If I drive 3 blocks in any direction, I can get it again, but just not in my own darn house. Arg. Nothing they can do, basically. I have a micro cell, but that only helps sometimes. Wheat Ridge needs a cell tower! Please technology gods!
