I moved to Lodo from Kanas City; and I've had ATT for ten years. No service. It's horrible. I can't receive texts while at work because ATT gets no signal in my building at all; I can't get calls or make texts until I'm walking two blocks down 16th.

Poor reception drop calls at home. Not willing to pay for extender. iPhone 6 works outside my house. Will change to t mobile when contract up. Have contacted Verizon many times, unable to help. My son's T-Mobile service works here.

Full bars 3 years ago. Now 1 bar, dropped calls, calls that won't go through, calls that don't receive and go to message. Have iPhone 6. AT&T claimed they were revamping the towers and it would get better. 16 MONTHS OF SUBSTANDARD SERVICE, it is worse. Bad customer service, want data and info from you and do nothing but tell you to waste time doing other things for them. Should give a credit on bill rather than put others through their nonsense.

Very large area around here that has little to no reception whatsoever. Cannot load apps, cannot even load a simple webpage. Calls are almost impossible. Texts seem to work but if its multimedia even as small as 1kb... it will NOT load. I cannot receive group texts. Weather does not even update. Why do I pay for data when I can't use it. Very very frustrating. Been a customer sonce T Mobile was Voicestream but seriously about to switch as I feel the service has gone downhill the last few years.
