Visiting from out of state and have never had worse reception in a major metropolitan area than I have in Denver. No more than two bars in any location in the downtown area; no reception or one bar at best, as a general rule. I live in a small rural area in the Midwest and can't believe that my signal is so much better there than here. Absolutely abysmal. Was this review helpful to you?
Hardly get reception and when I do data speeds are ultra slow, like 100mbps max. In hawaii I'd get 1Mbps ten times faster. What a disappointment I'd avoid T-Mobile in the denver areaWas this review helpful to you?
Just moved to Glendale / Denver area from PA and get basically no reception anywhere in the area. Came here hoping to find an alternative carrier but unfortunately it seems the entire Denver area is known for its abysmal cell reception. FML.Was this review helpful to you?
I get very poor reception at my apartment. There is actually no signal at Colorado and Yale in that huge shopping center. I also noticed that there's very poor reception at the Denver Zoo and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. At the resorts in the mountains I usually don't have reception when friends with AT&T and even T-Mobile do. I've used T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon and I have to give Verizon the lowest rating of the three. Was this review helpful to you?
Went on vacation to KS last summer with T Mobile and it was terrible. Had no coverage from Eastern Colorado on. Arriving in Wichita was that KS was not in their coverage area at all.Was this review helpful to you?
Had a Nokia phone through a family member's AT&T family contract account and eventually got my own phone (LG) through T-Mobile. With AT&T I NEVER had a dropped call, a call that broke up, a text that wouldn't go through, or anything that diminished what I considered really good service. When finances allowed, I decided to go with T-Mobile and experienced the exact opposite in service. T-Mobile tried telling me it was my phone, which I believed. At least until I met others with T-Mobile service in this general area with different phone models but experiencing the same crappy service. I did take one person's advice though by going "prepaid" until I had tried out the service and decided whether I liked it or not. So even though I'm out the $100 for the phone I am at least not in a two-year contract with T-Mobile at this point. So I may well have to put out some money for another phone but I'm going back to AT&T where I know I'm going to get decent service regardless of where I am or where I go. I would not recommend T-Mobile to anyone regardless of how good the price or deal may seem. You will be wasting your time, your money, and deep in debt to Excedrin for headache medication. Was this review helpful to you?
I had Verizon for years and never had dropped calls. I moved to west DTC and could not complete a call without losing the connection multiple times. Called Verizon on numerous occasions and was basically told they weren't going to do anything about it. They have plans to improve cell coverage just not anytime soon. Was this review helpful to you?
Absolutely no coverage in the bus terminal for T-mobile. Switched from Verizon who does have coverage... Bad Idea! Was this review helpful to you?
We have been in this area for years and the service has always been poor. We ended up getting a microcell at no cost after many, many phone calls complaining. With this our service has been much better. But another issue we ran into is the microcell only works on a broadband line. i.e. Comcast or AT&T uverse. When we switched to a satellite internet service our cell service went back in the dumps. What to do? Doesn't look like anyone has good service in this area. Was this review helpful to you?
