Don't use the phone off of WiFi Calling much but one bar -105 to -110 signal is normal. Without WiFi calling calls get dropped. Seldom get 5G at all. Data rates around 20 mbs 4G. Definitely not what they promise.

I feel like the phone network is being manipulated to be slower so as to boost the 5G sales. Why is it running slower now that they're running 5G commercials. Not to mention that they're trying to charge you more to receive 5G. Hopefully they will follow T-Mobile's lead by not charging for 5G.

AT&T is terrible. I have to stand outside to get any form of coverage. Calls dropped. Even when calling AT&T technical services calls drop from the telephone tree runaround to service agent.

Went from 4-5 bars with AT&T to 1-2 bars with T-Mobile. If not for wifi calling I'd be gone in a heartbeat. Oddly, next to the T-Mobile store.8 miles from my house (32nd and Federal)... boom... a solid 5 bars... clearly they are stacking the deck!

SO... . This is a 2-part problem. My phone is 5 or 6 years old. But even with an old phone, IF it had "WIFI CALLING" I would be able to boost my calling abilities immediately. This actually goes for ALL network carriers that you are connected to!!!! **Go to settings, network connections and then if you don't see it there, it might be hiding under another network option in settings.

AT&T get almost no service in the entire DTC area. So if you spend a majority of your time in this area, look to a different provider for service.

No problems with dropped calls and could be on hold for ages without worrying. Have just switched to another carrier as I needed to alter service while I was abroad on holiday. Now I'm back and am regretting having changed carrier.

Tragic reception! Calls continuously dropped. Have just switched to T-Mobile and now having to switch again. Don't even think of calling a number if you're likely to be put on hold.

Is it the heat? Terrible phone quality, dropped calls, texts not sent, s l o o o w loads. Interestingly, when my wife used her free T-Mobile roaming in Canada (Rogers coverage in Nova Scotia) to call me in Denver (T-mobile), call quality improved noticeably. This suggests that T-Mobile has a Level of Service agreement with Rogers that gives tower priority to Rogers or that Rogers has another roaming partner (e.g., Verizon) in Denver with better 80203 coverage than T-mobile.

T-Mobile is shockingly bad in this area. It is strange that University, a major thoroughfare is a location where T-Mobile has such bad coverage.
