Sprint
Sprint is absolutely horrible. For three years, I've been hearing the lies, like everyone else, that the service upgrades are coming. No, they aren't. I drop 10 calls a day, and have zero bars showing. I'm literally on the roof, two stories up, and I can see downtown Denver. STAY AWAY! I filed a small claims suit, my girlfriends just won $2900 from them and was able to leave to Verizon. NOT PAY THE EARLY TERMINATION FEES! There's so many ways to get out, small claims works great, or file a BBB complaint. Verizon, here I come!

Large dead zone near Presbyterian / St. Lukes. ATT claims it is due to the hospital, but other carriers don't have this problem. Generally, ATT seems spotty around most of downtown.

Called to complain and was told that it is a known dead zone. Often, I cant send r receive texts. Sometimes when I repower my phone they will send. Company told me it is not their fault I live in a dead area and that they would sell me a signal extender for $275. I pay $250 a month for cellphone service, and it doesn't work. I should be able to get out of my contract, but cant.

AT&T seems to work well at my house, though is occasionally slow with regards to data and drop calls (rarely).

Switched to AT&T from Sprint because of poor service and couldn't be happier. I can finally complete a call without it being dropped and there are no gaps in the conversation. Rates are similar (aren't they all - collusion maybe?). Just took a road trip and service was perfect. Haven't had one time that reception wasn't perfect. What more can I ask?

Signed on with Sprint two years ago and initially was happy with reception. Within a couple of months began to get dropped calls and conversations with drop outs. Got to the point that I had to walk around the house to complete a call (remember "do you hear me now" commercials?!) All the time Sprint is telling everybody how they are making improvements to their service. BS! It always got worse. Customer service? Worst in the industry. Finally switched carriers (very happy with AT&T) That's not the end. I had to pay an early termination fee (gladly I might add!) but what really made me mad was that they charged me double for one phone because it was an "advanced" model. The phone was THREE years old! In phone years that's ancient technology. Sprint is in deep trouble and they're making up for their lost customer base by outrageous charges and fees. I wouldn't be surprised to se them go under - in fact I hope they do. If you're a Sprint customer try to stick it out until your contract is up then split. Doesn't matter who you pick - they're all better, much better. If you're not a Sprint customer be forewarned - their service sucks.

I would gladly sign up for a class action lawsuit! They have lied over and over again and I hope they go out of business! Ripping off Americans to feed their endless greed! Screw you sprint!

256kbps to 1 Mbps with the odd spike. -111db with a tower 2 blocks away LTE. Multiple trouble tickets have resulted in nothing. If I go into central Denver I get 65 megabits down and 15 up. Srsly wtf T-Mobile u messin up

Middle of the Metroplex, on the 3rd floor right next to a window. 2 bars. REALLY! Sprint is crap! They charge way too much for less than sub-par service! I keep getting texts saying that the service should improve as they add cell towers. These messages have been coming in for over 6 months. SERIOSLY? it takes over 6 months for them to add towers to a major metropex? If you are looking for a good Cellular carrier in the Denver metroplex, don’t go with Sprint. They have to come up with gimmicks like the Framily plan because their service sucks.

Sprint service is driving me nuts. For the monthly cost of service and the cost of phone upgrades, the damn thing should work. Period. Why is technology (particularly cellular service) exempt from having to function properly? This is unacceptable in every other industry that I can think of.
