Outside our home, where we turn wi-fi on our phones, the connectivity is non existent. If we're lucky to get a call our or in it drops quickly. We're looking for a different carrier. We've spoken with Verizon several times, they have us do a bunch of uodates on our phones and claim success. Nope! Verizon is terrible. Was this review helpful to you?
Dropped calls and unable to use data while inside one-story brick home. Aristo LG is the phone. Believe it's a combination of the phone itself and increased traffic here in Denver. Previously on T-Mobile, which is supposedly what MetroPCs uses, and had periodic similar issues but recent dramatic decrease in usability here in 5 Points. Metro PCS will not give me my money back and will replace phone under warranty, which isn't going to do anything as it's the combination of the poor phone and the coverage. On top of that they will not allow me to exchange and apply to different model / brand of phone because they think I just want to check out the different phones. Tried the cheap way but is a tough one if you rely on your phone to make money. Was this review helpful to you?
Verizon has terrible reception, if any, in this area. Absolutely ridiculous and their customer service no longer exists! Was this review helpful to you?
Unbelievably bad reception considering I live in the heart of a major US city. That said, US cell coverage is the worst of any country I've been in.Was this review helpful to you?
I lose coverage from street to street. One block I'm ok, the next... .nothing. The coverage is absolutely horrible. Was this review helpful to you?
Terrible service! Don't go with ATT in Denver if you're thinking about it. Calls drop all the time, anywhere and everywhere. How can I live in a large city and not get coverage?!Was this review helpful to you?
Service has recently gotten much worse. We got Sprint's home amplifier but that hasn't helped much. Missed messages failed messages, both text and phone. Was this review helpful to you?
On Friday, February 17, 2017... I took up residency in the ESPRESSOLE Cafe, in S. Toddler's Green Circle for an hour of e-mails and some mighty fine coffee. Thanks to the amplified Public WiFi I was able to send / receive e-mails. Upon exiting my Android Mobil Phone lit up like a Christmas Tree registering over 10 text messages. Upon closer examination I had only one bar of ATT 4G Service and was toggling between 1 bar and no bars. Voice over WiFi was not any better. I have been in Denver for almost 3 months and have observed an increase in the incidence of failed / lost calls and perpetual 1-Bar service. I am in the process of switching to VERIZON, if my company will approve. Was this review helpful to you?
Horrible coverage that seems to have gotten worse if that is possible. Have tried using an AT&T Microcell and also WiFi calling at different times, and nothing is reliable enough to supplement the weak signal. I have also found AT&T's coverage throughout the metro area to have gotten weaker / more congested, which has impacted data speeds and led to poor voice quality. I've been an ATT Wireless customer non-stop since the 90s and finally at the point where I am planning a switch...Was this review helpful to you?
No service whatsoever to one bar of service. If (and that's a big IF), calls go through, they're on 1x and cut out so badly it's not even worth trying. Absolutely no consistent, reliable data unless I get in my car and drive 2 miles east. Any momentary data that comes through is 3G and is so slow that nothing connects anyway. Was this review helpful to you?
