I get better service in the mountains and plains, it's like being in a 3rd world country and has been this way for over 2.5 years. Even with a network extender I can't make a phone call from the house. Was this review helpful to you?
You name it I get it, roaming, out of Sprint area, in Sprint area, no data service, dropped calls, can't send or receive texted messages, no bars, drains battery. Was sent a air rave, doesn't work was told to buy a new modem that it isn't compatible with Sprint's air rave. Was this review helpful to you?
Terrible reception in the Denver area. We don't even receive half the incoming calls and have to continually restart my iphone to get text messages. Was this review helpful to you?
I don't know why the service is so terrible here... .I thought this area would have great service between D.U. and Cherry Hills?! When I asked why my cell service was so bad in my neighborhood, the Verizon sales staff said "oh yeah you life in the bowl area where there is bad service but you can get a signal booster for only $275.00," Please! They practically ask you for your first born when you sign the contract for a smart phone... . these providers basically have an monopoly and charge an outrageous fee compared to what they charge in Europe?! Why are we putting up with it? Cattle mentality? MOOOWas this review helpful to you?
Shows 2 bars on the phone but absolutely no calling ever. And this is right out side of Denver! Very poor service, and impossible to get a hold of anyone in at&t. They make their websites so you can't find the number to call them, just redirects and more redirects. Was this review helpful to you?
Visiting from out of state and have never had worse reception in a major metropolitan area than I have in Denver. No more than two bars in any location in the downtown area; no reception or one bar at best, as a general rule. I live in a small rural area in the Midwest and can't believe that my signal is so much better there than here. Absolutely abysmal. Was this review helpful to you?

Had a Nokia phone through a family member's AT&T family contract account and eventually got my own phone (LG) through T-Mobile. With AT&T I NEVER had a dropped call, a call that broke up, a text that wouldn't go through, or anything that diminished what I considered really good service. When finances allowed, I decided to go with T-Mobile and experienced the exact opposite in service. T-Mobile tried telling me it was my phone, which I believed. At least until I met others with T-Mobile service in this general area with different phone models but experiencing the same crappy service. I did take one person's advice though by going "prepaid" until I had tried out the service and decided whether I liked it or not. So even though I'm out the $100 for the phone I am at least not in a two-year contract with T-Mobile at this point. So I may well have to put out some money for another phone but I'm going back to AT&T where I know I'm going to get decent service regardless of where I am or where I go. I would not recommend T-Mobile to anyone regardless of how good the price or deal may seem. You will be wasting your time, your money, and deep in debt to Excedrin for headache medication. Was this review helpful to you?
