Could only get two bars and 4G connection. I am using latest iPhone and couldn't even experience fully the new technology. What is disturbing is that the tech support person advised me that I live very far away from AT&T tower and there is nothing anyone could do for me. A&T is too expensive for the service they provide. Aurora is not a remot outpost community to be neglected by AT&T. We deserve better.

Sprint's download speeds are absolutely brutal. A 56K modem from 1998 would destroy the speeds that Sprint has in the Denver area. Cell phone reception, which was once relatively good, has turned into dead areas and dropped calls all along the 36 corridor and I-25 from the Tech Center to Downing. I was a loyal Sprint customer for 14 years, but sadly it's time to move on.

I never get more than 3 bars of service strength in my home. This is within one mile of a n ATT store.

Large dead zone near Presbyterian / St. Lukes. ATT claims it is due to the hospital, but other carriers don't have this problem. Generally, ATT seems spotty around most of downtown.

Called to complain and was told that it is a known dead zone. Often, I cant send r receive texts. Sometimes when I repower my phone they will send. Company told me it is not their fault I live in a dead area and that they would sell me a signal extender for $275. I pay $250 a month for cellphone service, and it doesn't work. I should be able to get out of my contract, but cant.

AT&T seems to work well at my house, though is occasionally slow with regards to data and drop calls (rarely).

You people need to relax and realize that you live in a huge metropolis area. I actually work for a company that installs Sprint Telecom towers and Rooftop locations. I can tell you that there is only 1 tower to every 60 rooftop locations. That is where the issue lays. Reception gets way better the higher up you get, so if you are on the ground, surrounded by vast amounts of high-rise buildings, your service will be terrible. Without a great line-of-sight for the antennas to communicate, the service is definitely slower. I will tell you that all Sprint services in the Denver area have only been running 3G speeds essentially because their new LTE conversion hasn't even started yet. So before you start raving on Sprints terrible service, just think about how much you are boxed in at that moment.

Middle of the Metroplex, on the 3rd floor right next to a window. 2 bars. REALLY! Sprint is crap! They charge way too much for less than sub-par service! I keep getting texts saying that the service should improve as they add cell towers. These messages have been coming in for over 6 months. SERIOSLY? it takes over 6 months for them to add towers to a major metropex? If you are looking for a good Cellular carrier in the Denver metroplex, don’t go with Sprint. They have to come up with gimmicks like the Framily plan because their service sucks.

Sprint service is driving me nuts. For the monthly cost of service and the cost of phone upgrades, the damn thing should work. Period. Why is technology (particularly cellular service) exempt from having to function properly? This is unacceptable in every other industry that I can think of.

Pretty much all calls from my apartment are guaranteed dropped calls. Have to go out to car for semi-service.. Very frustrating.. might terminate contract.

i will say we dont always have 5 bars but when we have at least 1 bar the 4g lte speeds are amazing. I switched from Sprint when they offered to pay the etf and my girl switched from Verizon because of the price. we are pretty pleased with the service so far. there have been some issues but they have been fixed. the price for the service is also quite accpetible. someone on our family plan went to canyon city on a trp and also said she had very little issues with signal even way up in the mountains. using the speedtest app I clocked T-Mobile at 19 mb download and about 10 mb upload! thats faster than century link at my house! they also offer text and calling useing the wifi your connected it as a way of getting around deadzones in homes. its been so so for me I prefer using T-Mobile super clear signal though. I would recomend this service if you dont like paying so much for Verizon or haveing the WORST service with sprint. try to get to them before the etf payment offer expires.

The reception is fine if you don't move. If you walk one block, you drop service to get 2g. The concept of a cell phone is that it is mobile. I drop calls all day with T-Mobile. Just switched to Verizon and it is excellent.

Sometimes takes up to 2 or 3 minutes to connect when making a call... . drops constantly... calls don't come thru many times... I notice neighbors all outside trying to get service as well. My friend visits and half her calls never come thru when she used Sprint. She hated the service here as well. Excuse: building new 4 G towers (for over a year now).

I can not state enough how awful Sprint is. No recep. Constant dropped calls- back and forth from customer service and the store-- one says it's the device- the store says it's the tower. Either way no one is fixing anything and I never have service unless I am connected to my airwave- which I had to pay an additional $100 for. Go with any carrier except sprint!

very poor reception, Sprint cust service sucks, blamed it on the phone, went and got a new phone, same result. I use Sprint for work and personal, both have gone down to crap in last month. I drive all over the metro area for work and reception is bad all over.dropped calls more than doubled in last month ( both phones, all over town) cannot send a pic text, it times out and shows 1X by the bars, takes for ever.service used to be good in most areas, something has changed but they deny it.

There is very little coverage in Congress park / Cherry Creek north. We are in a black-hole, it doesn't matter the provider. Root Metrics has accurate visual coverage areas in 80206, check it out: rootmetrics dot com compare-carriers / denver /

I have been getting more and more frustrated with the lack of service and receiving voicemails without any missed calls. I'm lucky to get through a conversation without the call dropping and always dealing with cut out calls. I receive text messages hours after they were sent to me and am told I was called but my phone never has a record of it. My roommate has T-Mobile and is the only one to get by because they offer wifi calling. If I stay in congress park i'm going to have to change phone carriers.
