T-Mobile
Is it the heat? Terrible phone quality, dropped calls, texts not sent, s l o o o w loads. Interestingly, when my wife used her free T-Mobile roaming in Canada (Rogers coverage in Nova Scotia) to call me in Denver (T-mobile), call quality improved noticeably. This suggests that T-Mobile has a Level of Service agreement with Rogers that gives tower priority to Rogers or that Rogers has another roaming partner (e.g., Verizon) in Denver with better 80203 coverage than T-mobile.

T-Mobile is shockingly bad in this area. It is strange that University, a major thoroughfare is a location where T-Mobile has such bad coverage.

All day, consistently garbled, missed and dropped calls from every corner of my home. Texts take forever to send. Very frustrating.

I have to sit on my patio to get reception and still only have 1-2 bars with calls being dropped often. I often get an error message when attempting to send a text saying the send failed.

Reception has degenerated even more the last few months. I rarely have more than one bar now. Calls break up and drop. None of the other carriers seem to be any better around this area.

I really wanted to put no reception but somehow my father is usually able to talk while in his bedroom via speaker on the main floor. Impressing to say the least, my 7 is spotty at best while dropping 8 / 10 calls while inside. Out front or back is not much different, common small cell in Park Hill, after coming home from working directly for Verizon in Kentucky and Ohio I was really surprised only to see it paralleling the highway going up to Blackhawk and Central City. I'm sure some big plan is in the works to justify what we spend monthly for unlimited part of thy time calls. =D Thanks! H@p

Lived in this location for ten years and the service has always been bad and seems to be getting worse. One circle / bar most of the time, as well as terrible connections with calls. Long time AT&T customer that is going to switch carriers. We live in the heart of Denver; get your act together AT&T - you certainly charge us like you do.

I ve been with this service Metro PCS for six months. This is my last month. I don't choose to have to login to a web site to see my usage, they keep it hidden you used to be able to see it from your phone acct. I don't like the change I'm going bye bye Metro PCS Lost a customer I love this trick at the bottom of putting my phone number down no shame in my game. Poof! Unsatisfied ex-customer

Outside our home, where we turn wi-fi on our phones, the connectivity is non existent. If we're lucky to get a call our or in it drops quickly. We're looking for a different carrier. We've spoken with Verizon several times, they have us do a bunch of uodates on our phones and claim success. Nope! Verizon is terrible.

Dropped calls and unable to use data while inside one-story brick home. Aristo LG is the phone. Believe it's a combination of the phone itself and increased traffic here in Denver. Previously on T-Mobile, which is supposedly what MetroPCs uses, and had periodic similar issues but recent dramatic decrease in usability here in 5 Points. Metro PCS will not give me my money back and will replace phone under warranty, which isn't going to do anything as it's the combination of the poor phone and the coverage. On top of that they will not allow me to exchange and apply to different model / brand of phone because they think I just want to check out the different phones. Tried the cheap way but is a tough one if you rely on your phone to make money.
