Verizon
Verizon has terrible reception, if any, in this area. Absolutely ridiculous and their customer service no longer exists!

Unbelievably bad reception considering I live in the heart of a major US city. That said, US cell coverage is the worst of any country I've been in.

I lose coverage from street to street. One block I'm ok, the next... .nothing. The coverage is absolutely horrible.

Service has recently gotten much worse. We got Sprint's home amplifier but that hasn't helped much. Missed messages failed messages, both text and phone.

Horrible coverage that seems to have gotten worse if that is possible. Have tried using an AT&T Microcell and also WiFi calling at different times, and nothing is reliable enough to supplement the weak signal. I have also found AT&T's coverage throughout the metro area to have gotten weaker / more congested, which has impacted data speeds and led to poor voice quality. I've been an ATT Wireless customer non-stop since the 90s and finally at the point where I am planning a switch...

No service whatsoever to one bar of service. If (and that's a big IF), calls go through, they're on 1x and cut out so badly it's not even worth trying. Absolutely no consistent, reliable data unless I get in my car and drive 2 miles east. Any momentary data that comes through is 3G and is so slow that nothing connects anyway.

Frequent dropped calls / missed calls, incoming and outgoing, in-house and in the car on nearby streets. Often cannot connect to anyone. Most of the money we pay to AT&T is wasted, as we get no service in return. In the middle of a metropolitan area of over 1 million people. No. Service.

No reception from at and t. Can't get texts sometimes and can't complete one single phone call

Reception is no problem. Customer service is pretty much non existent. You have to take all your issues online and they don't do a thing for existing customers. I looked at this website in order to see who I want to switch to.

I've had Verizon for years with excellent service. Then around 9 / 29 / 16 they upgraded to HD Voice and coincidentally I no longer have service where I live. I'm now considered in a "marginal service area". I've also experienced dropped calls in Lakewood and only have about 1 / 2 bar most times. I connect via wifi in my house now but drops calls every time I drive into my garage. Frustrating!
