Sprint
Sprint service is driving me nuts. For the monthly cost of service and the cost of phone upgrades, the damn thing should work. Period. Why is technology (particularly cellular service) exempt from having to function properly? This is unacceptable in every other industry that I can think of.

Pretty much all calls from my apartment are guaranteed dropped calls. Have to go out to car for semi-service.. Very frustrating.. might terminate contract.

i will say we dont always have 5 bars but when we have at least 1 bar the 4g lte speeds are amazing. I switched from Sprint when they offered to pay the etf and my girl switched from Verizon because of the price. we are pretty pleased with the service so far. there have been some issues but they have been fixed. the price for the service is also quite accpetible. someone on our family plan went to canyon city on a trp and also said she had very little issues with signal even way up in the mountains. using the speedtest app I clocked T-Mobile at 19 mb download and about 10 mb upload! thats faster than century link at my house! they also offer text and calling useing the wifi your connected it as a way of getting around deadzones in homes. its been so so for me I prefer using T-Mobile super clear signal though. I would recomend this service if you dont like paying so much for Verizon or haveing the WORST service with sprint. try to get to them before the etf payment offer expires.

The reception is fine if you don't move. If you walk one block, you drop service to get 2g. The concept of a cell phone is that it is mobile. I drop calls all day with T-Mobile. Just switched to Verizon and it is excellent.

Sometimes takes up to 2 or 3 minutes to connect when making a call... . drops constantly... calls don't come thru many times... I notice neighbors all outside trying to get service as well. My friend visits and half her calls never come thru when she used Sprint. She hated the service here as well. Excuse: building new 4 G towers (for over a year now).

I can not state enough how awful Sprint is. No recep. Constant dropped calls- back and forth from customer service and the store-- one says it's the device- the store says it's the tower. Either way no one is fixing anything and I never have service unless I am connected to my airwave- which I had to pay an additional $100 for. Go with any carrier except sprint!

I have been told that there will be a new tower here by the end of the year and am receiving a $40 discount in the meantime.

very poor reception, Sprint cust service sucks, blamed it on the phone, went and got a new phone, same result. I use Sprint for work and personal, both have gone down to crap in last month. I drive all over the metro area for work and reception is bad all over.dropped calls more than doubled in last month ( both phones, all over town) cannot send a pic text, it times out and shows 1X by the bars, takes for ever.service used to be good in most areas, something has changed but they deny it.

There is very little coverage in Congress park / Cherry Creek north. We are in a black-hole, it doesn't matter the provider. Root Metrics has accurate visual coverage areas in 80206, check it out: rootmetrics dot com compare-carriers / denver /

I have been getting more and more frustrated with the lack of service and receiving voicemails without any missed calls. I'm lucky to get through a conversation without the call dropping and always dealing with cut out calls. I receive text messages hours after they were sent to me and am told I was called but my phone never has a record of it. My roommate has T-Mobile and is the only one to get by because they offer wifi calling. If I stay in congress park i'm going to have to change phone carriers.
