Ok people I write this review so people don't get the same experience that me we went on Sprint at 120 and Colorado we set up the account and we pay 300 to start the account then we pay little over $400 to cancel with T-Mobile and they say that they're will pay you to switch to them but not explain at all that the only thing that they will pay it's the phones from the other company button line we are on almost the end of April and we are supposed to receive some American express cards that we have not receive and now they're want as to send the all phones what a way to screw people we call Sprint and they say that we need to call American express for the cards American express say they don't know what are we talking about l, so if you want a switch a cell phone company you better have close to $1000 for family and make sure to make all the questions that you need to know because if you don't you will be another person like me and my family dilling with this situation.Was this review helpful to you?
Reception VERY POOR, getting worse. Impossible for business (I work from home) and Verizon expects me to pay for a personal cell tower! I pay their bills and have no service from home in return. Really Third World service in an important area. If any company could do better I'd switch in a heartbeat but it seems all are bad.Was this review helpful to you?

Moved here about 2 1 / 2 years ago. I cannot make any phone calls and have resorted to texting only. If I drive out of this area I can connect okay. I don't think it's my phone but the connection. Have always had good service with Verizon until I moved into this area.Was this review helpful to you?

Suddenly over last few days we have terrible service. Both of our phones have one or 2 bars. The phone gives a 2 toned beep before it rings the call. Then our voice echoes back and the person I am calling can rarely hear me. It often just drops the call. Have had Verizon cell service here for years--never with this problem.
