Suddenly over last few days we have terrible service. Both of our phones have one or 2 bars. The phone gives a 2 toned beep before it rings the call. Then our voice echoes back and the person I am calling can rarely hear me. It often just drops the call. Have had Verizon cell service here for years--never with this problem. What has happened?!Was this review helpful to you?

I can rarely use my phone in my residence. A neighbors wife has Version and has the same issue. Was this review helpful to you?
When I make or receive calls, no one can hear me. I hear them clearly, but I break up on every single call. This inside my house and outside. When I started with AT and T in February, 2015, service was great. Somewhere around August, calls went to crap. I will be switching carriers. Was this review helpful to you?
I switched from Verizon to Sprint due to lower prices as I needed to get a larger family plan to accommodate my brother and his wife. Currently, sprint is average. From home: I can make calls - no problem; browse the internet- no problem; do video calling - no problem. The quality of the voice during phone calls is inferior to Verizon and the Internet speed is surely lower (speed tests for Verizon ranged between 8-16 Mbps whereas Sprint ranges 1.1-8 Mbps). This is not the biggest deal breaker for me as I have never been a heavy data consumer (although I might increase my data consumption with my new smartphone). I don't regret switching yet as I have not had bad experiences as others have. I will update in a month once I have had a chance to go all over town, the mountains, and other cities. P.S. This is my first week with SprintWas this review helpful to you?

I live in an older house and I can send and receive calls and browse the internet without problems. It takes a bit (20-45 seconds or so) for me to stream podcasts from my phone and I can send texts (multimedia, plain texts, etc.) as intended. My phone gets on average 3-4 bars (out of 5) but that does not impair functionality or other signal-dependent functions. Overall, not bad. I will be switching carriers, though, as Verizon has become too expensive for three lines (looking at Sprint or T-Mo... will update when I switch). Was this review helpful to you?
Only get 1 to 2 bars most times and no reception often Takes hours to send a text Takes days to get a voicemail..that's if it will even load Buying a cellphone signal amplifier and hope it works Don't get it. There are 3 towers all less than 2 miles from me. This applies to all the carriers as no one gets good reception hereWas this review helpful to you?
In Lafayette, on Verizon, you can have a complete conversation without getting dropped--about once every three months. No more than that. 99.6% of Verizon calls in Lafayette fail. And people pay top dollar for Verizon? Verizon sucks in Lafayette. Was this review helpful to you?
