Within the last 3 years the reception and lost calls are slowly climbing. In this last month 7 / 2017 all calls are dropped. My son, who is in the basement goes outside in the back yard to have a conversation. He bought a brand new $500 phone and can't even use it. 99% of the time he does not receive calls or text. I use my phone in the rest of the house and have the same problem, constant dropped calls, texts do not come through. There are 5 of us and when we get a call, we travel through the house and outside so we can talk. I am thinking of doing those $15 flip phones and going back to a house line. In fact I have magic jack cost = around $100 for 7 years and calls do not get dropped. I just need to re-hook my phone system up.

Only one dot of coverage. Hard to believe we moved here from an area with poor coverage only to still have poor coverage in a Metro area. What is up with coverage here?

Dropped calls and unable to use data while inside one-story brick home. Aristo LG is the phone. Believe it's a combination of the phone itself and increased traffic here in Denver. Previously on T-Mobile, which is supposedly what MetroPCs uses, and had periodic similar issues but recent dramatic decrease in usability here in 5 Points. Metro PCS will not give me my money back and will replace phone under warranty, which isn't going to do anything as it's the combination of the poor phone and the coverage. On top of that they will not allow me to exchange and apply to different model / brand of phone because they think I just want to check out the different phones. Tried the cheap way but is a tough one if you rely on your phone to make money.

OMG! I'm from WA State and never have issues, but whenever I visit my folks in Thornton, I have a horrible time with reception. Calls are okay, but try to do anything online and it takes forever. It took all evening to place a craigslist ad. I had to post 1 photo at a time. Do something else for 5-10 minutes before continuing. It's got me really cranky! And don't even get me started on sending emails!

Unbelievably bad reception considering I live in the heart of a major US city. That said, US cell coverage is the worst of any country I've been in.

I miss calls constantly. I miss text and important messages. This needs to be fixed. Most days I get one bar, some none. Just terrible.

Pathetic! Horrible service! We never have full bars, maybe one if any! For as much as we pay we should be able to make calls and send texts at the very least! We WILL be switching carriers very soon.

I live on i25 and 120th and work on i25 and County Line. I have no service all day at work. When I get into the parking lot, I have good coverage but once I'm on i25 going home I drop my calls and lose service at: i25 and Colorado, i25 and Broadway, i25 and 6th (Actually I basically have zero service through all of downtown), i25 and i70 is TERRIBLE, and often i25 and 84th. I also noticed that 120th and Zuni has nonexistent service. However when I travelled internationally, I was pleased with T-Mobile's rates and coverage in London and Brisbane, AU.
