Moved to T-Mobil from Verizon due to very poor reception in a very busy area at 287 and South Boulder Road, and my business being mostly from home. I had to go out side and often still dropped calls or poor quality at best with 1x service. With T-Mobil it is the same poor quality!

Verizon service was great in years past. However, in 2016 the Verizon signal in Erie has been terrible even on the second floor by an open window. I had to get a landline, and now I am ready to drop Verizon for a more reliable company.

Had Sprint through employer for 4 years and switched to Verizon through new employer a year ago. Horrible, horrible service with Verizon in my neighborhood and generally all around Westminster, broomfield area. Verizon was great back in NJ... ..not so here.

AT&T

1 Out of 5 (1 star) | 29th and Tennyson, Denver, CO 80212 |

Awful service and little to no connection in my home. Rarely can complete a single phone call without an issue and often have to call back my contacts several times in order to complete a call, or I have to drive somewhere else to make a call. Incredibly frustrating and unfair to pay a lt of money for service that doesn't work!

Verizon

1 Out of 5 (1 star) | Simms | 108th, Broomfield, CO 80021 |

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I cannot talk on the phone without fear of dropping my calls. I completely lose service driving out of work, driving into my neighborhood, in my driveway, in every other room in my house... . I thought it was due to the airport interference, but service outages continue as I drive any direction for about 4-5 miles.

1 bar sometimes. Calls drop assuming I can even connect. Absolutely terrible and a waste of money.

2 bars at best. Service continually switches from LTE down to 4G and then no service at all. Phone battery drains lightning-fast because of the continual shifts in the service. As of late August 2016, service has become exponentially worse. Have no service at all more often than I have any. Have to turn phone to airplane mode to conserve battery then go outside to check for messages.

I have one bar and 1x cellular reception at best. The tech rep couldn't believe that 1x still exists. I work from home, run a small business from home and obviously have a strong need for phone service. I cannot make a call from my house ever. Constant failed calls, dropped calls or, at the very best, "what? I can't hear you... you're breaking up" conversations from my clients. I have recently started using "Wifi-Enabled" calling to help with the situation but it's a new technology that still has its limitations. Made the switch to Verizon in May after the store specialist showed me the coverage map with "perfect" LTE service at my house. That day when I got home and found out I have one bar, or "no service" and 1x cellular service I immediately took screen captures and brought them into the same store specialist. He said he doesn't know why the map shows "perfect LTE" coverage at my house... . "it must be one of those 'dead zones' that doesn't show up on our maps." Perfect. Fraudulent even. I am so disappointed I spent $360+ to make the switch to Verizon. This area is one of the hottest housing markets in the nation. I hope Verizon is smart enough to be doing something about their dismal service.
