AT&T
Have to be on Wi-Fi or I also bought one of the last AT&T Microcells (now discontinued), which allows me to have full bars in my home. But, drift 200 steps away and lose Microcell and Wi-Fi, down to 1 or 0 bars. And, AT&T claims I’m the only complaint and they are not putting anymore towers in. Whatever happened to customer service? As soon as I can get rid of AT&T, and be assured that where I live and travel has a good alternative, I’m dropping them.

I thought AT&T was bad until I moved to Verizon. All over the north area of Denver I am lucky to have more than 1-2 bars. Can not used the internet without timeouts. Have dropped calls regularly. Calls that do connect have poor connection. What a mistake. Living in a city the size of Denver cell reception should never be an issue

4 years ago, switched from TMobile to AT&T. while not horrible at first, steadily had gone down since. Bad reception, dropped calls, one way voice calls (they hear me, I can't hear them) and HORRIBLE, OUTRAGEOUS, TOTAL UNPROFESSIONAL, IGNORANT, CUSTOMER SERVICE. I can't begin to explain the level of frustration dealing with their csr folks. Let's just say that if your issue is not resolved in the first call, IT WILL NEVER BE RESOLVED! any more than one call, they will find every reason to blame the user for the issue, even when they admit that their is an issue on their end, they will still blame the caller. I've been dealing with what should have been a relatively minor issue for over 4 years now. From their advanced support team, if the original person had put into the notes exactly what s going on and coded it correctly, the advanced team would have gotten the rickety and they could have stayed to work m resolve it. But since the first line stage, their supervisors, and tech / network support folks didn't do their job correctly and timely, I have spent countless hours trying to get my issue resolved. The fact the AT&T Durant really care about fixing an issue that THEY ADMIT IS THEIRS says volumes about their ethics.

The worst service I have ever had pretty much everywhere. It’s like early 90s coverage. As long as you stand still,forget trying to make a call ever while driving.

All day, consistently garbled, missed and dropped calls from every corner of my home. Texts take forever to send. Very frustrating.

My reception is terrible 1 bar most of the time in arvada. without wifi coverage ATT is useless in my area.

Complained to T-Mobile for serveral years about service, never have received any help. T-Mobile does not care if you pay for service and do not receive service

Must stand in specific spots typically, and the service still cuts out on almost all phone calls.
