I get very poor reception at my apartment. There is actually no signal at Colorado and Yale in that huge shopping center. I also noticed that there's very poor reception at the Denver Zoo and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. At the resorts in the mountains I usually don't have reception when friends with AT&T and even T-Mobile do. I've used T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon and I have to give Verizon the lowest rating of the three.

Went on vacation to KS last summer with T Mobile and it was terrible. Had no coverage from Eastern Colorado on. Arriving in Wichita was that KS was not in their coverage area at all.

Verizon says we are in a poor reception area. Said they will let me out of my contract and waive fees or they will sell me a $200 " extender. I do not recommend Verizon.

Service at my house is next to none, can only occasionally send a text message and I feel lucky is I get 2 bars of signal strength in my home, however two blocks west of my house there is an ATT Store and there I can get full signal strength. Come on ATT how about a tower in this area? I have looked at where the towers are and they are no where close to this area... However T-Mobile has me surrounded... .

I work in downtown Denver and get 4-5 bars of LTE on my iPhone 6 Plus. AWESOME! But when I go home (Aurora - Buckley AFB area), I'm lucky to get 1-2 bars of 4G and constantly drop calls. T-Mobile tech support stated that they are in the process of upgrading the 4G towers in the area, but do not know when those towers will be up and running. Sad thing is... while talking to tech support, my call was dropped :-(

I had Verizon for years and never had dropped calls. I moved to west DTC and could not complete a call without losing the connection multiple times. Called Verizon on numerous occasions and was basically told they weren't going to do anything about it. They have plans to improve cell coverage just not anytime soon.

We have been in this area for years and the service has always been poor. We ended up getting a microcell at no cost after many, many phone calls complaining. With this our service has been much better. But another issue we ran into is the microcell only works on a broadband line. i.e. Comcast or AT&T uverse. When we switched to a satellite internet service our cell service went back in the dumps. What to do? Doesn't look like anyone has good service in this area.

This is a company of mediocre reception, broken promises and high prices. I drop calls nearly every time that I have long call. Other members of my family have smart phones which are much slower on Sprint than on AT&T or Verizon for the matter. I will be switching to ATT.

This is the worse service I had ever had. Calls drop all the time,i breakout all the time,i can't download any messages send with pictures. Wi-Fi turns off automatically and sometimes it wont let me dial out,What if I was to have an emergency and this cell is nr dialing out... .I wish I would've never change from At&T service was wonderful with them..T-mobile worse than ever!😞

By far t mobile is better than Sprint and AT&T because I used all of them and neither worked in my basement but Verizon and t mobile work Sprint didn't even work in my house and I would have to go outside to use it and AT&T did work in my house but had to go upstairs for it to work Verizon worked everywhere and so does my tmobile
