Could only get two bars and 4G connection. I am using latest iPhone and couldn't even experience fully the new technology. What is disturbing is that the tech support person advised me that I live very far away from AT&T tower and there is nothing anyone could do for me. A&T is too expensive for the service they provide. Aurora is not a remot outpost community to be neglected by AT&T. We deserve better.Was this review helpful to you?
Sprint's download speeds are absolutely brutal. A 56K modem from 1998 would destroy the speeds that Sprint has in the Denver area. Cell phone reception, which was once relatively good, has turned into dead areas and dropped calls all along the 36 corridor and I-25 from the Tech Center to Downing. I was a loyal Sprint customer for 14 years, but sadly it's time to move on.Was this review helpful to you?

Large dead zone near Presbyterian / St. Lukes. ATT claims it is due to the hospital, but other carriers don't have this problem. Generally, ATT seems spotty around most of downtown.Was this review helpful to you?

Little or no service at my home. Have been trying to deal with technical support for months and no relief. I am paying for service that isn't being provided. Don't know of another company that gives so little for the dollar spent.Was this review helpful to you?
I have dealt with poor reception for 5 yrs. My phone got stolen, reported it, they suspend service and then say 'BTW, you're still responsible for your monthly bill.' So WTF does suspending my service do? Cricket is still gonna charge full price knowing you aren't using their services. I call customer service to connect old phone and the operator tells me 'ok, what card will you be using to pay the $12 due before activation?' Before the theft, I paid my current balance plus $40 towards the next month. After telling the obvious overseas agent this, a brief silence followed by, 'I'm sorry ma'am, will it be Visa, Mastercard... ' When will my next bill be due? In 7 days?! 'The $12 is the prorated price for the remainder of the month' I went down to the store to speak to someone in this country and the manager tries to explain it to me... 'Could you walk into Walmart and get groceries without paying?' Im changing carriers. NO appreciation for their customers! and I better get a refund check for the extra $ I paid.Was this review helpful to you?
Extremely poor coverage. Occasional 1 bar and Edge speed at best. Outside of 80601, the coverage seems mediocre at best and sometimes the infamous 4G speed. Wifi calling isn't really an option on the iPhones and other non T-Mobile branded handsets. Very frustrating especially at home with no land line, and having to rely on this shady network coverage and lots and lots of dead zones all around.Was this review helpful to you?
