I feel like I'm in the dark ages. Cell service is so spotty, sometimes works and sometimes not! For the amount of money we pay for cell service, you would think they would work better!

I've had AT&T for almost 5 years now. I rarely get dropped calls. However, their phone selection is limited. If you aren't in the market for an iPhone or Blackberry other providers have better phones. Customer Service is also an issue with AT&T because they are always changing their rate plans and feature options and increasing the price with no lower price alternatives. So if all you are looking for is good reception, I do recommend AT&T.

We just went to the 4g system as a total package for cell phone and internet and it is completely unreliable. Dropped service constantly on internet. 3g instead of the 4g I bought. Poor cell phone reception. All in all a very bad service period! Don't do it if you are considering it!

I've had this smartphone since 4 / 10 / 11 and could download free and paid Apps up to about july 4th.Now I cannot download anything and get a constant 'network problems' on the phone. I have been twice to the AT&T store at Arapahoe + Parker RD. to see whats wrong and the employee had the same phone and problem. His only advise was to keep trying and perhaps pay via a credit card.I don't see how using a credit card will make a difference with network connection problems.I have noticed in the last 30 days problems with all types of communications;FM,Satallite,ISPs both dial-up and broadband cable! Everyone I know is complaining!

Reception seems to fluctuate frequently and just in last 2 weeks. Frequently on calls, the other person can't hear me and I can hear them. Usually hanging up and starting a new call results in better connection.

Just switched from AT&T, having been fed up with zero reception in my apartment. Surprise surprise, I get 3-5 bars very consistently with Sprint. I haven't experienced any dropped calls. So that's pretty cool!

Frequently dropped calls, whether moving or stationary; poor sound quality -- echo or metallic; at least 30% of voice content is lost (words dropped); odd buzzing and static; Occasional difficulty placing calls. More typically, calls are dropped or unintelligible.

My phone only rings for incoming calls about 25% of the time. It doesn't matter which part of town I'm in, or if I'm in a different city. Text messages and voice mail notifications are delayed by hours sometimes. Calls are frequently dropped. What a waste.

Terrible dead zone in this area for my iPhone 3G. I have a six square foot area in my apartment where I can get 1 bar with calls dropped after approximately ten minutes, and otherwise it's a no-go.
