Zero reception at 104th and second creek down to 104th and hwy2. It’s like a dead zone. I’ve called AT&T a million times and they don’t care.

iPhone 7 on AT&T service. 3 of 4 bars signal displayed, in 3rd floor apartment. No issues with calls / text. Haven't used cellular data enough to comment.

You can be traveling down Chamber road talking and all of a sudden you hear garbled words and then the call is dropped. It's the same area over and over. Why can't they boost the towers in that area. There are some people that are dependent on there cell phones for work. PLEASE look into this.

Went to local ATT store and had to change my chip. (It worked better) The attendant said once the new 5 G towers come in, things will be better. That was 2 months ago. We depend on this technology for an exorbitant amount of money. It does not deliver.

Service has gone down hill over the last 6-8 months. Dropping calls and losing service even on WiFi calling. AT&T admits they don’t have good service / cell towers in the area. Doesn’t appear any one does so who do you even switch to? Not sure why this area here is neglected with towers? Airport? It’s pretty bad. I had to call 911 for an emergency and the call kept dropping!

I have Xfinity Mobile and they use Verizon and there is very little reception or none and Xfinity keeps blaming the device (iPhone) so I got a new one and still the same problem. Had good reception with AT&T so might go back.

No problems with dropped calls and could be on hold for ages without worrying. Have just switched to another carrier as I needed to alter service while I was abroad on holiday. Now I'm back and am regretting having changed carrier.
