Tragic reception! Calls continuously dropped. Have just switched to T-Mobile and now having to switch again. Don't even think of calling a number if you're likely to be put on hold.

Can't make important phonecalls during day due to bad service or use internet. Sometimes data doesn't even work in my home. Works virtually nowhere in Brighton. Used to work better than this. Paying AT&T almost 100.00 a month under wi-fi. Feel angry. Feel like I have been stolen from and lied to. If service is so bad here then don't sell to us just because you can. It's called greed.

AT&T charges $200 per month for 2 lines and 2 phones. The only time we can get service is sitting in the house using wi-fi. The moment we leave the house our $700 phones don't work ANYWHERE in Brighton. Unable to use data for internet because there isn't any reception. Brighton is not a small town, yet there must not be any towers. STAY AWAY from AT@T, total rip off!

Do not waste your money on an extender. We did. We are 1 Mile from a tower, but we can not stay connected to a tower. Our Booster will not stay hooked up Either.

I get one bar at best lose service when I come in to Brighton East Farms. The farther I am away from the houses the better reception I get.
