If I stay inside, only about half of what I say can be heard by person on other end and vice versa. If I go outside, that % can increase to as much as 90%--until the call gets dropped. I lived in suburban DC for 18 years and had no more than 10 dropped calls over that entire time period. Here, my calls get dropped multiple times every day. Pathetic.

Basically anywhere in the GVR neighborhood you're out of luck with T-Mobile unless you have good Wi-Fi. For the past 4 years their response has always been that they're sorry for the issues but they are currently updating their towers. They're even nice enough to offer to SELL you a Wi-Fi booster.

I am so disappointed with AT&T. I had Verizon and went to AT&T because my husband had it. First they continue to mess up our bills and over charge us. Next the service area is horrible! ! Can't get service at work where before with Verizon there were no issues. Dr.a little out of town and you can forget it! Nothing. Why is AT&T service Bill and range so poor? Once my contract is up I'm going back to Verizon! !

Its unfortunate. I switched from another carrier to Verizon because I only had wifi calling at my house. I was sold on the idea I would have coverage. I have nothing. I am lucky to keep a 5 minute phone call at my house. The rep told me Verizon wont help me out. they want me to pay 250 for a network extender. It bothers me that they failed to provide network coverage. Now, on top of the 350 to jump providers, the 6 months crappy bill and the fact I have to drive away from my home to talk, they want me to pay more money for this service... Its disappointing.

Since AT&T bought Cricket I get no reception at my house. I literally have to walk out in the street to make calls a huge majority of the time.
