Both my wife and I were on Verizon (see previous post) and recently switched to Cingular. We now both have 4-5 bars on both of our phones where before with Verizon we would have 0-2. Also at my work I would have No service at worst to 1 bar at best. Now I have 2-4 bars depending on where I go in the building. At the local King Soopers, there would be No Service with Verizon. As a man in a grocery store, this sucks. But now I can actually have conversations with my wife (i.e. call to find out what I forgot.) Definitely pleased with Cingular at the moment. Was this review helpful to you?
We were with Verizon and got at most 2 bars ever. And that was on the west side of my house right next to the sliding glass door. Anywhere else in the house and it would be no bars. Switched to Cingular and the reception is better. Was this review helpful to you?
We live downhill from the LaaDeeDahs in the Broadmore Area. I understand that that community has prevented cell phone towers in the nearby area resulting in a large dead zone from Venetucci Blvd. to the foothills. Our reception is terrible and has been with several previous phone models. We constantly have poor reception or dropped calls. If Cingular "has the fewest dropped calls" as they advertise then the other companies must be REALLY HORRIBLE as it can't get much worse that the service we get with Cingular. Was this review helpful to you?
Well, bad gets worse up here in Monument. Called T-Mobile today, they offered to let me out of my contract due to their quality issues here. I have a 5' strip in the house that I can make calls from... or go outside in the snow to make calls. Sucks... doesn't seem that anyone is having luck with any carrier here though. Was this review helpful to you?
The reception at this intersection is great... finally I can make calls inside my house... Verizon Wireless is truely the best. Was this review helpful to you?
As your driving on Union toward I 25 somewhere around Aiprport RD and Fountain Blvd.calls drop mostly at night. Was this review helpful to you?
Reception is absolutly horrible in this area. 1 out of 10 calls per day are decent but the other 9 out of 10 are constanly being dropped. It reminds me of that commerical with the guy is talking to his girl friend and looses the callWas this review helpful to you?
Good reception except on parts of Uintah and into Manitou. Dropped calls often enough to be annoying. Sporadic reception in my house. I'd be happy to switch when my contract ends. Was this review helpful to you?
I have always been happy with my T-Mobile service. I have used them for about 6 years now from when they were Voicestream and the coverage has greatly improved. I travel all over the US and rarely loose coverage. I love my rate plan and the customer service can't be beat! Was this review helpful to you?
Switched from Sprint to Cingular. Sprint worked indoors and Cingular is terrible indoors. I will probably go back to Sprint. Cingular is patchy, their HS data package is slow and they are not exactly doing a great job with customer service so farWas this review helpful to you?
