Spotty reception. You'll be in the middle of the call, not having moved an inch and suddenly your call is disconnected or the other party is not audible or you're not heard. The reception is so bad at our home we are considering a landline because we miss every incoming call due to reception. T-Mobile set up devices to create better coverage through WiFi, but they are useless. T-Mobile is a terrible service for the majority of Colorado Springs.

I’m going to have to switch carriers after years! Verizon, you need to get it together. Can’t use my phone at the Air Force Academy!

Sometimes we have phone service and sometimes we don't. But they always want to be paid for those days when we dont' have service, right? How is this even legal? We need to change the law. On days with no service, customers shouldn't pay.

Verizon

Home is about 2 mi. from tower in Divide, however I get one bar. Calls drop consistently. After 12 gb of data they throttle down the speed so internet is useless, even on "supposedly" unlimited data. Their customer service is useless. They actually suggested that I buy one gb. more of data for $15. So steaming ONE movie would cost $45! How stupid! Maybe one day Peak Internet will make it up to Divide? Hughes Dish I have also tried and they are horrible and expensive.

Occasionally we can make a call, but usually we cannot, and text messages are also hit an miss with just a little more likelihood of going through. Moving to the corners of Hopper and Elbert makes a big difference, but the 'zone' doesn't extend into Falcon. It breaks up at several points and requires setting at the edge of the road to complete a call.

I can barely get a bar, or maybe two. I can't send a text without any and it's horrible. I had the phone, which I bought unlocked to save money, haha, in the Springs, and I thought there was a number you could dial to help your phone get the best reception from where you were? *228 does do anything. Tried boosters, no luck. It looks like Verizon, who was my last carrier may be the best bet.

I live in Perry Park. I use Xfinity mobile. The server they use is Verizon. I only get one bar. I can’t reliably take a phone call. I can text. But I cannot send photos or receive photos. I cannot receive messages that have multiple receivers. It’s very cheap but the problem is Xfinity the problem is Verizon

AT&T reception is terrible. I'll show 5G with 4 full bars and still have no Internet access. Call will drop randomly. I was on the phone with AT&T Diag and the call dropped. They opened a service ticket. The result was I was in an area of limited service. WTF! 5G 4 bars is limited service? AT&T needs to fix this, not blame the customer base.
