Verizon

I have struggles with Verizon in Colorado Springs for four years now. I work at home and am on the phone for hours during the day. I can't walk around even on the main level of my own house while on the phone because they will suddenly be unable to hear me. Or we will be talking and things are fine and then they can't hear me and I didn't even move. Verizon suggested a booster box which I got but appears to do less than nothing to help. Even with WiFi calling enabled the service is horrendous. Generally speaking I have crappy service all throughout the Springs. I have had Verizon for over 10 years and have had no issues in Denver and all across the US but in the Springs they flat out suck. I would have switched long ago but I am hesitant since there are terrible reviews on the other carriers too (albeit not quite as terrible as Verizon). Seriously just think I need to move eventually to somewhere that actually has cell coverage.

Highest reception is 2 bars. Some areas in my home are limited to one bar. I have had quite a few dropped calls. Conversations drop in and out frequently. Have had Verizon for over 18-20 years in Denver with no problems. Surprised there is a problem in Springs. Disappointing expensive service.

We have a booster, at our house from Verizon. We often cannot receive phone calls. We get voice mails hours to days, after they are left. The quality of the calls, that we can make are often, very bad. It’s hard to hear the people that you are speaking to. When, we are in Colorado Springs, we often cannot get a signal. Many people have told us that their experience is the same. We have been Verizon customers for about 20 years. We are looking for a new carrier.

Switched from Sprint to AT&T because I was outrageously paying $440 -$470 a month for 4 lines “insane I know” but now that I made the switch to AT&T we get absolutely NO Service sometimes even with WIFi! AT&T sucks. I guess you get what you pay for!

Sometimes no bars. Calls of such poor quality they either drop or we have to hang up because can’t hear each other. AT&T can’t do anything about it.

I have a phone on AT&T and a plan with Cricket as well. Neither one of the networks get good signal anywhere in town. I've been miles deep in woods with better cell reception than I can get while shopping in town.

NO service in this area! Everyone is going to ATT or sprint.

Should really be 1 / 2 bar. Hard to believe that right in the middle of major shopping area my service is so poor. I went by the Cricket Store on Barnes and Powers and told them about my problems. The clerk seemed surprised that I was having problems with Cricket. The only thing she suggested was resetting the Network on my phone, I let her do it and we walked outside and she said now it is 3 bars. When I got in my car it was back to one bar! We also have a home about six miles outside of Kerrville, Texas and I get three bars all the time. One would think in a city as large as CS that cell coverage would be better. I think they need more towers!

If you enjoy pulling your hair out trying to get a signal or 4G, this is the service for you!
