AT&T
I have 1 bar of 4G and then no network. Very inconvenient.

Reception is horrible, dropped calls, Tech people try to help, but are poorly trained if at all, only found one competent individual at their company store!@

Pretty good service. Once in a while it drops out but I even get service in the basement.

Between one and two bars at home. (Colorado Springs)Zero signal at work in Fountain! I never see four let alone five bars always one, two, or none. Being with AT&T is like having this amazing smart phone that can only be smart when connected to wifi. They are definitely up to something other than driving me into the hands of their competitors!

I came to this store for the first time to simply follow through on a claim for my phone. Not only was the receptionist rude and unprofessional. She took my name off the list twice, said she called my name, but did not. I work in the service industry myself and would never be so blatantly rude to anyone.

If you have options, RUNNNN, stay Farr away from these blood suckers. Customer service?? HA! Forget about it! (In my Fonz voice) these people will have you so irate over the surprise charges and unwillingness to even try to help you understand. Want a manager or supervisor?? 2out of 4 agents will tell u they ARE the manager, the other two will put up on hold for as long as it takes you to hang up, (I really believe this is how they were trained to respond) absoulty incredulous operation, you have to know before you jump in this pot that their connection sucks, ( we did it anyway because we were crunched with a new baby on the horizon) but for your customer service AND connection to be this horrible??? My prediction they will NOT be around in the next 5-10years.

Usually only 2 bars in my home. I often HAVE to use Wifi to access apps. (I work in Leadville, and get 4-5 bars there!) Very poor for a huge area like Colorado Springs. Used to be more reliable, but I've noticed a decline in the last 6 months.

Your home service depends on tower placement here in the Springs. My neighbor has AT&T and he gets bad signal at our apts and I get great Sprint coverage. He's cancelling and coming over to Sprint. It's all hit or miss in this town for him, he can hardly get his maps screen to populate while driving around anywhere in town and AT&T is pretty bad all around the entire town and Sprint is decent everywhere for me.

The signal strength went from -85 to -92db (4 or 3 bars) to -108db to 115db (2 bars at best... most of the time 1 bar) after July 2016. We lived at this location since 1995. We have to enable WiFi calling feature on our Samsung Galaxy 5 in order to be able making phone call at home. Verizon customer / technical service rep on the phone was rude and an idiot in which I already wrote a complaint letter. I worked for Verizon for 15 years and have been with Verizon Wireless since 1996. I hold two US network patents with Verizon Network Engineering Division. However, I cannot recommend them to anyone going forward with the signal and service issues. All my neighbors are pretty mad at Verizon Wireless. Two had left right after their contracts done. I will probably switch to another carrier after Jan 2017.

Have had Verizon for 4 years in Col Springs. Service has slowly declined year after year. So many dead spots in town... can't wait until our contract are up
