Verizon

Have had Verizon for 4 years in Col Springs. Service has slowly declined year after year. So many dead spots in town... can't wait until our contract are up

How frustrating! So much business needs taken care of by phone when you first move to a new home and I can't get a signal unless I go to the far end of the block. The map shows towers all around me (practically in my backyard ) and I'm tied to a tower miles away! This huge corporation taking my money but expect me to spend $100-$400 on a micro tower for my home just to use their service. They don't deserve to be in business! !

I have lived near Orlando Fl, Wichita Falls Tx and this is the worst I have experienced. I am ready to buy my way out of my contract.

Nothing but problems since I moved here from out of state 8 months ago. About 3 weeks ago lost a bar of service. Last week called for help from T- Mobile finally when streaming became problematic everyday. Only yesterday, after calling again for help, did they bother to help me with a data "speed test". I was lucky that I persisted. I indeed had a low speed. Gotta say though that most of the representatives are great to deal with. Highly personable. It is with great disapponitment I find I must find a better phone company. They were great accross the board in Oregon. Here I don't think so! As retired disabled Veteran and getting up there in years, I need my phone service to function well at all times. Not getting that here.

Constantly having to move around apartment or even go outside calls won't go through

I'm on the top of a bluff, no obstructions. One bar and frequently dropped calls. AT&T in 80906 is a joke.

Service is horrible - signal fails constantly and reception is (maybe) one or two bars

Usually data says 1X but rarely LTE appears and is decent. Often have trouble sending even text messages. Other carriers have good signal here. Sprint customer service rep said the nearest tower is 40 miles away which is impossible. Sprint is the WORST company in the communications business! They have no clue what they're doing.

HORRIBLE! The guy at the store told us if we switched from Verizon, we would be paid 180 for each phone and then they would pay our final bill. Defiantly not the case! We paid our final bill of 560 with early termination fees, and will not be reimbursed. Even worse, we had to send our phones that we bought from Verizon and got nothing for them which we were guaranteed 160 per phone. I will never recommend Sprint to ANYONE! and once this contract is over, I will not be back with Sprint! EVER!

Like most carriers in Colorado Springs, coverage is hit and miss. Some areas the signal and speed are fantastic, and other areas it's terrible. Then you drive to the other side of a hill and it's okay again. I have the 100 minutes and 5 Gigs of data for $30 plan and often use my phone as a hotspot modem for my laptop and even play FPS shooters with it and it works great. I can even do this up in Cripple Creek. To get around the 100 minute limit, I just use Google Voice and do WiFi calling at home, or 3 / 4G outside.
