NO SERVICE INSIDE OF MY APT. WITH AT&T AND HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE - Phone does not ring with incoming calls. Cannot text (send or receive). If you are fortunate enough to get a signal it drops if you move in any direction. Two of my neighbors told me that AT&T would send me a free micro cell in order to get service inside my apartment. I went by the AT&T store and was told I needed to call customer service or otherwise the booster would cost me $150.00 at their store. I just got off the phone with AT&T for the second time and was told I had to purchase the micro cell as they knew nothing about any "free ones". I explained that I knew my neighbors had no reason to lie about it. AT&T customer service told me they had "degraded" towers in the area with no date for repair / replacement. She said, "They are aware of the problem." That was it! I told her I was not paying $150.00 for AT&T's problem and had no option but to switch companies. I'm switching to another carrier but after reading these posts I'm wondering if that will make any difference.

Sprints coverage is so bad... .they sent me an AirRave to use in my home. And of course, that never worked right. I'm with TMOBILE now. Sprint sucks.

Reception was adequate until 45-60 days ago. Instances of dropped calls, inability to connect, no voice (on my end), and a persistent echo now occur too regularly to allow me (and my employees) to effectively use our Galaxy S5s for business communication. AT&T's technical support confirmed numerous complaints from customers nearest my nearest towers. I was advised a microcell would improve my coverage; however, I was told by AT&T Retention I was not eligible for a microcell. I COULD buy one for $149 (after spending more than $30K on carrier charges for more than eleven years). Would love to find an objective coverage map to help make an informed decision on which carrier has best network stability...

One small bar on AT&T. Inside my house, nobody can hear me speak; I have so go outside to take a phone call. If I walk from one room to another, the call is disconnected.

No matter where I am in Colorado Springs, T-Mobile is very weak or non-existent.
