I moved to Colorado Springs with Verizon but found it to be very bad at the location of our new home. I attempted to get Verizon to assist me in getting better service at our home but they refused. In fact, their customer service was so bad and their reps so nasty that I cancelled service with them that I had had for years. After doing research, I went with T- Mobile. They have better service (although marginally) and a great voice / text / data plan but the deciding factor was customer service. T - Mobile customer service can't be beat in Colorado Springs.Was this review helpful to you?
One bar most days; two on good days. I miss calls because my phone never rings due to the poor reception. Just get the voice mail alert when the phone has enough signal. Verizon used to be good here (4 bars!) but they moved the tower and now it is lousy.Was this review helpful to you?
Rare to have more than 2 bars, average 1 bar. The 2nd largest city in Colorado and busiest shopping area in town, aggravating service, worthless on the Powers shopping area, often "no service". Petsmart, Lowe's, Target, even the AT&T store have poor to no cell service, yet drive to Trinidad or Walsenburg, where no one lives, and it is excellent. Verizon is the most reliable all over Colorado Springs and even up I-25 through Denver. They also have decent reception when we travel up through Lake George to go camping. I've tried AT&T and Tmo and they both really have poor coverage here in the Springs. I recommend paying a little more for Verizon so that you can actually use your cell phone without dropped calls and no signal errors.Was this review helpful to you?

I came to this store for the first time to simply follow through on a claim for my phone. Not only was the receptionist rude and unprofessional. She took my name off the list twice, said she called my name, but did not. I work in the service industry myself and would never be so blatantly rude to anyone.Was this review helpful to you?
If you have options, RUNNNN, stay Farr away from these blood suckers. Customer service?? HA! Forget about it! (In my Fonz voice) these people will have you so irate over the surprise charges and unwillingness to even try to help you understand. Want a manager or supervisor?? 2out of 4 agents will tell u they ARE the manager, the other two will put up on hold for as long as it takes you to hang up, (I really believe this is how they were trained to respond) absoulty incredulous operation, you have to know before you jump in this pot that their connection sucks, ( we did it anyway because we were crunched with a new baby on the horizon) but for your customer service AND connection to be this horrible??? Usually only 2 bars in my home. I often HAVE to use Wifi to access apps. (I work in Leadville, and get 4-5 bars there!) Very poor for a huge area like Colorado Springs. Used to be more reliable, but I've noticed a decline in the last 6 months.Was this review helpful to you?
