Over the last 3 weeks, my cell service has taken a dive in the toilet. Super slow connecting to the internet. My phone calls are frequently disconnected and are of poor quality. I have been with AT&T for many years. What happened to my phone service? Might be time to dump my cell phone altogether. Why spent $1200 a year for garbage?

Switched from Verizon to AT&T a few months ago. Verizon wasn't great but AT&T is horrible! Terrible coverage in our house and neighborhood, no service from the YMCA, Lowe's etc on the north side of town. How can a major carrier have such a pathetic network? Coverage all along Powers is terrible. There are actually few places in town that coverage is acceptable. Should have never switched. Will be leaving AT&T soon.

Service in our immediate neighborhood is poor. We usually get only one bar of LTE signal in the house, have to use wi-fi calling for most phone calls, dropped signal / call is pretty common. Seems like we’re in a black hole as soon as we get near our neighborhood.

I have struggles with Verizon in Colorado Springs for four years now. I work at home and am on the phone for hours during the day. I can't walk around even on the main level of my own house while on the phone because they will suddenly be unable to hear me. Or we will be talking and things are fine and then they can't hear me and I didn't even move. Verizon suggested a booster box which I got but appears to do less than nothing to help. Even with WiFi calling enabled the service is horrendous. Generally speaking I have crappy service all throughout the Springs. I have had Verizon for over 10 years and have had no issues in Denver and all across the US but in the Springs they flat out suck. I would have switched long ago but I am hesitant since there are terrible reviews on the other carriers too (albeit not quite as terrible as Verizon). Seriously just think I need to move eventually to somewhere that actually has cell coverage.

Switched from Sprint to AT&T because I was outrageously paying $440 -$470 a month for 4 lines “insane I know” but now that I made the switch to AT&T we get absolutely NO Service sometimes even with WIFi! AT&T sucks. I guess you get what you pay for!

Sometimes no bars. Calls of such poor quality they either drop or we have to hang up because can’t hear each other. AT&T can’t do anything about it.

I have a phone on AT&T and a plan with Cricket as well. Neither one of the networks get good signal anywhere in town. I've been miles deep in woods with better cell reception than I can get while shopping in town.
