It seems like every call I make or comes in breaks up during the conversation. It is very annoying. I try to move to different spots I the house and once in awhile it makes a difference but not often does that happen.

Terrible from home with poor call quality and dropped calls. I travel most of the time and Verizon has been great for everywhere I go except home. No provider is good here and I wonder if Cheyenne Mountain AFS has something to do with it.

If you like to overpay for poor service AT&T is your company!

Sprint rips people off and scams customers each month. I have been with 4 carriers and Sprint is the worst. They lie to get you as customers and each month my bill has went up over $350 dollars. Now my bill is $650 for 3 lines. Who would pay that

Spots of okay signal, but lots of areas of dropped calls throughout the neighborhood, especially along Chaparral and East Old Farm Circle.

Att works also T-Mobile works ok But Sprint has never worked here since we moved back to Springs So Verizon is a little higher but it works 95% of the time all over house is good and basement is good also. And data is always great at house. Customer service on phone is good but Verizon stores in town are bad... . If you need help try BestBuy they are friendlier

Terrible terrible reception. I pay a lot of money for 3 devices. Really frustrating when I am trying to do some important work and can not get access to a site.

I moved to Colorado Springs with Verizon but found it to be very bad at the location of our new home. I attempted to get Verizon to assist me in getting better service at our home but they refused. In fact, their customer service was so bad and their reps so nasty that I cancelled service with them that I had had for years. After doing research, I went with T- Mobile. They have better service (although marginally) and a great voice / text / data plan but the deciding factor was customer service. T - Mobile customer service can't be beat in Colorado Springs.

Rare to have more than 2 bars, average 1 bar. The 2nd largest city in Colorado and busiest shopping area in town, aggravating service, worthless on the Powers shopping area, often "no service". Petsmart, Lowe's, Target, even the AT&T store have poor to no cell service, yet drive to Trinidad or Walsenburg, where no one lives, and it is excellent. Makes no sense.

Verizon is the most reliable all over Colorado Springs and even up I-25 through Denver. They also have decent reception when we travel up through Lake George to go camping. I've tried AT&T and Tmo and they both really have poor coverage here in the Springs. I recommend paying a little more for Verizon so that you can actually use your cell phone without dropped calls and no signal errors.
