I can barely get a signal in my house, but it is intermittent. This totally points at user load versus the number of Towers Verizon has in my area which is 2-3.

Coverage in DOWNTOWN COLORADO SPRINGS sucks! I have to GO OUT MY FRONT DOOR to talk on the phone! AT&T should be embarrassed

Prior to departing area mid May 2021, had little problem making or receiving calls. Returned to area mid July 2021 and am unable to connect most calls; all calls made or received end up dropping. Rebooting does not help. SMS is having difficulty sending.

Cell reception is spotty at best. Complete dead spots all over town.

I have a brand new iPhone 12 and new T-Mobile magenta Max service.. I can barley send a text at times and I’m pretty much in the center of Colorado Springs. Horrible.

Service shows 1-2 bars in Briargate / Union / Powers area but nothing ever loads. Same issue all the way to interquest. Calls and SMS are the only things that work.

At times I’ll have 1 bar or maybe two calls are dropping. After a couple calls and still not getting calls or voicemails we will try a signal extender and most likely switch service

I have AT&T cell service and it is abysmal. I can not talk on the phone in my own home, have to go outside, and even then, it's still patchy communication. Cannot send MMS it consistently fails. Even just text only messages buffer for minutes. It is incredibly frustrating and upsetting, knowing all the tech and capabilities that exist for clear and successful comms, then having this as my reality... AT&T needs to fix this enormous issue,as more than ever we rely on our devices to live and work. I have been a customer for 11 yrs and will have to change if this is not resolved very soon!
