AT&T

I've never had an issue with dropped calls or no bars. I always have at least 3 bars and always at 4g. My boyfriend is also on AT&T and very rarely gets 2 bars and will drop calls. I have a iPhone 4s and he a flip phone from years ago.

We have to stand at three particular windows to have reception, although it can still cut out in a call. Texting works in about 50% of the house (it's a single floor house). We have the signal booster they sent us, but without a tech to set it up, we haven't found a spot where it could work. I tried moving it to a spot that showed better reception on my phone and reset both boxes of the signal booster, but it stopped working completely until I moved it back. I don't know what most cell phone companies are trying to pull. Before a full on boycott is done, hopefully one of them steps forward and tries to help people in the area with full transparency, and coverage maps that are more than 'estimates'.

I've had Sprint for 17 years. After moving here, my cell reception is better than ever. On 1900mHz LTE, I get 30+- mbps down. And they are working on the additional upgrades.

need to go outside to make or receive calls, not bad in summer not good rest of the time. any concrete evidence that different carrriers have better service?

I switched from Sprint to Verizon about a month ago, thinking I would have better reception. Boy was I wrong! I would average 2-3 bars with Sprint, but service and 3G was a little choppy. Now with Verizon I'm lucky if I can get one bar and 3G is non-existent. Stupid me. Verizon is terrible for the Tri-Lakes area!

Horrible reception. Phone Calls Dropped. Worthless. I am ready to cancel the contract.

I have been with AT&T for over 10 years. I have never had horrible cell service. LTE is flawless. Only a handful of dropped calls since I went from a Razr to an iPhone in 2007. Excellent customer service in the last 2-3 years. Highly recommend.

T mobile in Colorado Springs for me has been painful. Calls were always dropping and I would receive texts at a later time than sent. Their 4g lte is fast, but only when you can use it. Coverage was extremely poor inside of buildings and even outside. Would probably only recommend t mobile in densely populated cities. Customer service also wasn't that good. Would take many calls in order to resolve an issue.

Went through COSTCO and switched from Verizon to T Mobile because they seemed to have a better deal with no contract. Looks like we will return to Verizon within the 14 day period. Ordered and paid for T Mobile Signal Booster (T Mobile has none and has zero idea when they will have any) online and it does nothing. Galaxy 5s has wifi calling but not so for I Phone 5s and quality is not good since wifi is not a priority for 80908. T Mobile has the best plan offerings but their service sucks for us. Back to the old contracts circus...

Moved to T-Mobile as we heard they had the best coverage in Colorado Springs. Got here and there is zero coverage at our house. Apparently there was a tower that burned in a forest fire a little over two years ago, and hasn't been replaced. Frustrating, and in calling T-Mobile all they say is that they are aware of the problem and are working on getting coverage but cannot give a timeline as to when coverage will improve.
