Just moved back to Colorado Springs and have Sprint. Our family cannot use our cell phones inside the house, no matter where we are. We have to go outside to talk on phone, and even then it's only 2 bars at most. My friend was here for 2 days, has T-Mobile and her phone worked find indoors. Called Sprint, of course they say everything is fine with their coverage, must be our phones. Whatever, my phone worked great in Virginia 2 weeks ago. Guess I will have to switch in a few months when contract is up.Was this review helpful to you?
LTE started about 10:30 last night was getting 9MBPS reception inside was a little weak outside was great. I was probably one of the first to notice we had it. I was on my iPhone 5 at 10 the again at 10:30 and saw it switchWas this review helpful to you?
Stealth ATT LTE today. 3 Bars outside, inside the office is still terrible. Just north of Centennial and Garden of the Gods. Was this review helpful to you?
I don't understand how people complain about cell service? Since when has it ever been 100% reliable? For those of you complaining about no reception, blame yourself for deciding where you live. First off, HOA's never allow towers to be built anywhere near their subdivisions so that applies to almost everything north of Constitution. For those of you who decided to live near the mountains, on top of ridges, in secluded areas... .well there's your sacrifice. Cell towers don't give off this magical reception that penetrates through thick trees, hills, or bends all sorts of ways to get to where your house is located. There is a reason why Colorado Springs was ranked second worst city as far as cell phone reception is concerned. I have AT&T and I do get a dropped call here and there but it is to be EXPECTED! If you don't get good service then switch! All carriers are going to have their good spots and bad so obviously shopping around will get you the best service... and when I say shopping I mean shop coverage NOT prices. You get what you pay for.Was this review helpful to you?
With AT&T and Galaxy S3's my wife and I are being told the towers no longer work with our phones. We only have the option for 911 calling and only have web access if connected to wifi. AT&T says all the towers are down and there is no ETA on the fix. They also will not credit us for time down. iPhone 4 I gave my father works fine a block away. What gives? Was this review helpful to you?
Priced way to high approximately 70% of calls drop or need to be dialed multiple times to get a tower to connect. Voice mails don't show up for days sometimes. Customer service is non existent. Was this review helpful to you?
Why are there no cell towers on the north and west side of I-25 in Colorado Springs? Cell coverage is spotty at best all over the hills and valleys below the Waldo Canyon Burn. Was this review helpful to you?
Verizon has dead spots in University Park. There is a directional tower on the bluffs above UCCS that interferes with another tower. Phones will show 5 bars but drop 99% of calls. Verizon took over 3 months to make this conclusion even though there were other reports of problems in this area. They lied, cheated, and stole every step of the way.Was this review helpful to you?
Excellent AT&T coverage in University Park and most of Colorado Springs. Not bad considering that Verizon is a dead spot where I live and it took them over 3 months and they lied, cheated, and stole every step of the way. T-Mobile also works well in this area, but I've had more dead spots around town with T-Mobile than AT&T.Was this review helpful to you?
I have been with T-Mobile for over 10 years and have truly enjoyed their services. I continually have great overall cell phone service and customer service! I moved to this location 3 years ago and have never had a problem with my overall services, unlike my Verizon and AT&T friends. Was this review helpful to you?
