Less dropped calls than my previous carrier, Verizon. 4G interenet is great throughout most of the springs.

We've been having same problem as has been posted here. Sprint is up one minute and down the next in our area. I work downtown and have no problem there and no problem after I leave my neighborhood, but in my house the signal will be 3-4 bars one minute and then no service or Extended with 1 bar. This has been going on for a few weeks now.

When we got our Sprint service in Oct 2011 it was fine, 4-5 bars in the house at all times. Then in February 2012 things changed radically. We started dropping cars routinely (6-8 per day) and at times we would have No Service on half to one bar of signal. I called Sprint and went through hours of annoying service updating on my phone and resetting everything on my iPhone. I finally convinced the techs that since I had four iPhones all on Sprint all doing the same thing, that it wasn't our phones. They escalated me to an engineer who said that they were servicing the cell in our neighborhood and that it should be back to normal within 36 hours. That was five weeks ago and nothing has changed. I have been calling Sprint service routinely to complain every few days and have become quite adept at getting them to admit it is their fault each time telling me that they show that the cell in our neighborhood is down or being serviced. I have asked to be credited and they are "investigating" whether they can offer us credit for not providing us any service. We had been with T-Mobile for over ten years and had wonderful cell service and wonderful customer service. If we ever had even the slightest outage that we didn't even complain about, T-Mobile would proactively issue a bill credit for the outage. Sprint is acting like they could care less.

I get 5 bars on the reception. I have seen my Verizon Wireless Broadband Wireless peak up to 2.6 mbps. But that is rare. Usually it's more like 3 KBps these days with 90% packet loss. But sometimes in the wee early morning hours, I can get over 2 mbps. The bandwidth really drops on weekends, holidays and the prime-time hours of 6pm to 10pm. That's when the majority of home users get on the Net. Verizon claims all is just fine. But they are not being honest (da!). The Calhan Tower is either over-subscribed, or is lacking the bandwidth to service all the active connections. Since Verizon is trying to get a new tower built in Peyton, they have no desire to increase the capacity at the Calhan Tower. Mark my words - the second the Peyton Tower comes on line (maybe this year), the bandwidth will magically get "better" at the Calhan Tower. Does this mean Verizon is a scum-sucking low-life heartless company that could care less about charging it's customers a high monthly fee for sub-par service? Well yes, I think it does.

I've had Sprint for almost 4 (or 5) years. Only a couple of times have I had no signal where I've been. I've lived in Ohio, Illinois, and Colorado with Sprint. Where I live now, I go between 4 and 5 bars, depending on where I am in my apt. I get a better signal in Pueblo West on Sprint, than my parents do on Verizon. I'm able to make calls, and not "drop" them inside their house, compared to my parents, who have to go outside on their deck to make calls on their Droid 2's (Global). I even had a signal on Sprint in Illinois, compared to my grandparents on AT&T. Sure did love being able to make calls and "drop" them. Poor AT&T and Verizon. Charging more and more for less and less service.

We bought a signal booster and get good signals as long as we stand right next to the signal booster. This is with three different phones. Without the signal booster, maybe 50%+ dropped calls. AT&T is zero signal without installing a microcell. With the microcell, I get good reception throughout the house, but if the internet goes out, there is zero signal again. When my parents visited, their Tmobiles got the best reception I have seen yet. They could make calls from just about anywhere in the house and they received data service just fine.

My parents visited last summer. Their T-Mobile phones received better service than our Sprint phones. So far, this is the best reception we have seen in this area. We have a signal booster, so I don't know if that made a difference, but they can walk around the house and only drop about 50% of the calls. If they are near the signal booster, they get a good signal. I think my mom's Android was able to get data without a problem. Our Sprint is good as long as you're right next to the signal booster. AT&T iphone doesn't work at all without the microcell.

Can't call out with the iPhone. Received phone from my company, apparently they do not have another carrier. They ordered me the microcell, which depends on my Internet service to get a signal. With the microcell, I get decent reception with both voice and data, but when my DSL goes out, I am back to nothing. Personal service is Sprint. We bought a cheap signal booster (~$100), and as long as we are standing right next to it, we can get a decent signal, no dropped calls. So far, the best I have seen in this area is my parents' T-Mobile phones. They can walk around the house and only drop about 50% of the calls. If they are near the signal booster, they get a good signal. I think my mom's Android was able to get data no problem.

Moving to Falcon was a big mistake for me and Verizon. both of our phones only work part of the time. I called Verizon then sent a tech out and he reports that they do not and have no plans to serve the Falcon area. he sent me to customer service and they want to charge me to get out of my contract because they do not serve me. wtf she said the service map shows you have coverage. I said what does your tech say? that you have no coverage. I said it sounds like you need a new map. anyway they will not let me out of the contract. I started the contract in Wy and they have coverage there. they say it is not their fault I moved to a non covered area. verizon sucks
