AT&T

I have AT&T cell service and it is abysmal. I can not talk on the phone in my own home, have to go outside, and even then, it's still patchy communication. Cannot send MMS it consistently fails. Even just text only messages buffer for minutes. It is incredibly frustrating and upsetting, knowing all the tech and capabilities that exist for clear and successful comms, then having this as my reality... AT&T needs to fix this enormous issue,as more than ever we rely on our devices to live and work. I have been a customer for 11 yrs and will have to change if this is not resolved very soon!

I use Xfinity; it's not listed above, although I believe they use Verizon towers. I can't get most calls to connect; when I'm finally connected, they get dropped, "fail."

At&t should be ashamed of itself. In an area promoted as being tech savvy etc, one would thing cell phone would work. This entire region seems to be in the stone age relative to other areas of the country. I see a class action suit in their future. You cannot charge the same price for what they know to be inferior service from the start. Ridiculous. I am meeting with lawyers this week. I have had it with corporate thieves. Let them weigh the cost of a cell tower vs. class action for knowingly defrauding customers. Their representative misrepresent coverage and quality of service that affect the business, health, and safety of every customer in the region.

My reception is terrible. I can’t use my phone in my living room no reception. It is only a little better in my bedroom.

Let me start off by saying that I have had AT&T since 2003. I used to think they had fantastic service but as the years went by I started getting dropped calls in the middle of the city. This has happened multiple times on multiple devices. Sometimes the phone will show 5g with 4 bars and I can't even make a call. Another thing that is happening is I will make a call and the phone will just sit there saying its dialing.(This happens anywhere in town on multiple phones.) In 2017 I had gotten so fed up that I went to the AT&T store to ask about the problems hoping I would shed some light on the issue. What a waste of time that was. The only answer I got was that maybe they were doing work on the towers. Its now June of 2020 and nothing has changed. After reading some other reviews on this site, I can only assume that Colorado Springs is just a crapshoot for cellular service.

Very spotty coverage, like I am traveling in India or something. Drops call; fussy connections; voices cut in an out, simply awful. I order a booster to see if that helps but they need a cell tower at North Gate and Roller Coaster. I live in a city but cell service is like Gilligan's Island. ridiculous. If it doesn't get better, I will move my entire company to different service.

Spotty reception. You'll be in the middle of the call, not having moved an inch and suddenly your call is disconnected or the other party is not audible or you're not heard. The reception is so bad at our home we are considering a landline because we miss every incoming call due to reception. T-Mobile set up devices to create better coverage through WiFi, but they are useless. T-Mobile is a terrible service for the majority of Colorado Springs.

I’m going to have to switch carriers after years! Verizon, you need to get it together. Can’t use my phone at the Air Force Academy!

Sometimes we have phone service and sometimes we don't. But they always want to be paid for those days when we dont' have service, right? How is this even legal? We need to change the law. On days with no service, customers shouldn't pay.
