My phone constantly says I have full bars, but I can't make calls, text, or connect to the internet without being connected to wifi. Contacted ATT multiple times to be told that I am the only one experiencing that problem and their service is "great for the area".

Worst service I have ever had calls sound like you are in a tunnel the customer service is the worst they lie to you and want to use the fact that you signed a contract against you when you have coverage issues their network is the slowest one I have used and the cell service is horrible if you have a choice don't I repeat don't switch to Sprint they suck as a company big time

very poor reception dropped calls all the time... have to use wifi calling options to make calls cannot use cellular to make or receive calls - never issues with T-Mobile but now I have issues

At home I get good reception. At Peterson afb I get good reception. Around town it's hit or miss. Mostly good. At first and main shopping center it's dead inside any store. At most big stores it doesn't work inside. Like best buy, or Target. I might get reception at the edge of the store. My zip code is 80927 but isn't recognized

Complained to AT&T for 5 years. They told me that it was my phone's. Upgraded all phones, $3000.00 and no help. Called support 4 times and they don't call me back. Avoiding me like the plague.

I recently switched to AT&T and the coverage sucks everywhere I go. Often people on the other end can't hear me but I can hear them. Also, the voice quality is awful. Ironically, when I call Indiana it's much clearer. I'm still getting rid of AT&T as soon as possible.

I never have more than one bar here in my apartment and even outside. Also, people have a hard time hearing me no matter where I am in the Springs. Switching to Metro PCS next month. $30 For 32 gigs! New offer.

It seems like every call I make or comes in breaks up during the conversation. It is very annoying. I try to move to different spots I the house and once in awhile it makes a difference but not often does that happen.
