Very low reception all along the Powers corridor. I had Sprint before and their service was a 2 star and thought I would try AT&T. Big mistake. Now I'm stuck for 2 years before switching back. Was this review helpful to you?

Bye Colorado. My girlfriend's T-Mobile didn't work either. I feel bad for people who live here. Was this review helpful to you?
Extremely poor reception. Verizon knows about it and wants me to purchase one of the network extenders (they said that they have ~ 160 of them with a few blocks of me.) What I found interesting is that I stopped by the Verizon Retail store near E. Woodmen Rd. and HWY 24 (near Safeway) and stood 50 feet from the store and we only had 2 bars... . (multiple phones / models.)Was this review helpful to you?

NO SERVICE INSIDE OF MY APT. WITH AT&T AND HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE - Phone does not ring with incoming calls. Cannot text (send or receive). If you are fortunate enough to get a signal it drops if you move in any direction. Two of my neighbors told me that AT&T would send me a free micro cell in order to get service inside my apartment. I went by the AT&T store and was told I needed to call customer service or otherwise the booster would cost me $150.00 at their store. I just got off the phone with AT&T for the second time and was told I had to purchase the micro cell as they knew nothing about any "free ones". I explained that I knew my neighbors had no reason to lie about it. AT&T customer service told me they had "degraded" towers in the area with no date for repair / replacement. She said, "They are aware of the problem." That was it! I told her I was not paying $150.00 for AT&T's problem and had no option but to switch companies. I'm switching to another carrier but after reading these posts I'm wondering if that will make any difference. Was this review helpful to you?

We started T-Mobile for our internet service, using a preowned, unlocked ATT hotspot. The coverage map for T-Mobile showed us to be on the edge of available coverage, but within its boundaries. We were able to get 1 bar of coverage sometimes, but no more than that and not consistently. T-Mo sent us their booster, which is a Cel-Fi device that costs $575 when purchased from Cel-FI, for free, but it was less able to pick up a signal than was our hotspot. Once the booster picked up a signal (max at one bar), it made no obvious impact on the hotspot reception. Not sure if this is because the frequencies are incompatible or some other reason. Was this review helpful to you?
Sprints coverage is so bad... .they sent me an AirRave to use in my home. And of course, that never worked right. I'm with TMOBILE now. Sprint sucks. Was this review helpful to you?
