Tmobile has very poor reception, if not working at all. Other than being inside of the hotel using their wifi, I cannot check emails, no signal at all and calls dropped. We are moving here soon and we have to change carrier. Was this review helpful to you?
4G phone service: The local provider was told that the towers are presently compromised. I think they have been for quite some time. I also think that because of a obvious don't care attitude to correct the problem on AT&T's part, they lost this customer. FCC or someone should step in and slap AT&T's hands for selling a service that is not given full support. Was this review helpful to you?
AT&T signal is bad here in town, and is spotty in any direction from Wright. We have a tower just out side of town. for anyone looking for cell provider, I would not do AT&T.Was this review helpful to you?
Our cell service was interrupted on June 23, due to AT&T buying out altell towers then shutting down those same towers so they wouldn't have to service them... as a result there is one active tower owned by Midrivers and there is little or no service... calls dropped..unable to receive messages or retreve them..unable to text or receive texts... IT IS STUPID! We live in the 21st century too, and are 80 miles the closest doctor. There are third world countries that get better service than this. Was this review helpful to you?
AT&T coverage is very good in town and close by. I can't get any service at the mine unless I am right next to a repeater. I am not knocking AT&T necessarily, just warning others that with AT&T around here you may lose coverage in a whole lot of places. Was this review helpful to you?
With a tower less than 1 / 2 mile from me, I'd expect 5 bars around the clock. It's been abysmal - and trying to get ATT on the phone is tricky when you don't have service! Was this review helpful to you?
Our ranch is northwest of devils tower-I can get text during snowstorm, but no talk or internet unless I hike up to top of hills and can view devils tower-at&t rep tells me that will change after transition-when that happens,no one knows-I have a small business and depend on my cell provider to know what is going to happen-Dan SWas this review helpful to you?
Nice reception considering where you are. Some dead spots on the interstate between towers and also some areas fade to 1x data. Sprint has really beefed up service out here though. Im very impressed with the widespread 3g coverage here in WY. My Evo rocksWas this review helpful to you?
I have Alltel (soon to be AT&T). Right now, on the Alltel network, I recieve great coverage in and around Newcastle. Verison also has services here, and from what I hear, they're reception is good also. Once you head about 15 miles out of town though, service just drops off, unless you are heading west towards the Upton area or east towards the Black Hills (this is a well traveled route for tourists heading to / from Mt. Rushmore to Yellowstone Park). Overall service in this area is okay, but could be better. Hopefully with the coming of AT&T, coverage will improve. Was this review helpful to you?
There are cell towers over 7 miles east and west of beulah. These cell towers only benefits a few ranchers. Beulah is the only populated area between these cell towers. On one in beulah has any decent reception. I live on a hill and cannot get reception. I have a trac phone and I cannot justify buying a more expensive cell which I would love to have. We need a cell tower in Beulah. Everyone around here complains. I would like to enjoy my laptop but there is no reception. Was this review helpful to you?
