I had Verizon along time ago for like 5 years then decided to just use Wi-Fi, but now we have Verizon again and everywhere I go I don't get signal! It doesn't matter where I am I can't load videos or pictures on Instagram and if a video does play it's constantly buffering on and off its ridiculous. I've had AT&T for less than a month. Had 4 bars service until they force installed their junk software on my Samsung Note 5. Now I barely get 2 bars of service DO NOT USE AT&T if you are on the Phoenix AZ area or anywhere.Was this review helpful to you?
Constant dropped calls on LTE and 4G. I had to restrict the phone to 3G to make it functional. After 20 years will be looking for a new service.Was this review helpful to you?
Sprint has the WORST reception. Switched from AT&T to Sprint. Terrible TERRIBLE mistake, regretting it everyday! And when I call to complain they ask me ridiculous questions like do you like around alot of trees???? NO ASSH*LE... I live in the middle of Phx. DONT USE SPRINT! THEY ARE LIERS AND THIEFS AND THEY HAVE NOTHING TO OFFER BUT THEIR BS SERVICE!Was this review helpful to you?
One other person reported having great signal strength years ago and now poof ! I'm in the same boat. The other nite I was talking to Verizon tech support and in a matter of about a 1 / 2 hr I had about 10 dropped calls. I get one bar, I used to get at least 4. What's goin on verizon. I'm not sure what happened to Verizon. Maybe the unlimited data plans and not enough bandwidth. But for several months now dropped calls are a routine. Poor coverage at my home is unacceptable. Iphone 6 not the problem. Used to paying more for better coverage but now I'm having a hard time justifying the extra money.Was this review helpful to you?

Poor reception and even poorer reception when I go upstairs. I didn't even think that was possible. I may have to switch back to Verizon or go with AT&T. I constantly lose reception in buildings and can't even make a simple voice call. It's not my phone it's an iPhone 6S and it's been checked multiple times for issues and everything checks out fine from T-Mobile and Apple. I'm on my third SIM card and it helps for a few days then I'm back with the same issues. My sisters and brother in law have the same problem and they are T-Mobile customers too.Was this review helpful to you?
