poor data, been waiting for city wide 4g for 4 years, lots of run around from sprint. drop 3 to 5 calls daily and service in the house even more unreliable.

I only average 2 bars at my house. Dropped calls and inability to place calls are the norm. Constantly unable to send texts. Anywhere else in Phoenix I only average 2-3 bars. The lte is slow.

Only have 3 bars and sometime 2 bars in my home. Calls are not clear and sometimes are dropped. Often very difficult to understand what is being said.

Verizon has better coverage than any other carrier in Phoenix because Verizon bought Alltel and the combined coverage can't be matched by the others. Also, Verizon has the only 800mhz signal, which travels further than the 1900mhz signal that all the others use in Phoenix. If you can't afford Verizon, look into Page Plus, which uses Verizon`s network.

I want to know what the reception is before I purchase. I've heard good things about their customer service but it also has to work.

I'm actually with Virgin Mobile but I understand it is run by Sprint. I always have 3 bars where ever I go. The Data sucks. I hate the internet. Overall it's great for the price. $40 a month with 1200 mins and UnLtd texts and data.

Been a Sprint customer for the last 14 years in the metro Phoenix area. Sprint was originally the best carrier for a number of years. However, I must admit that Verizon has vastly superior coverage and surpassed Sprint. I know this because my work mobile phone is Verizon. With Sprint the coverage has actually declined over the past few years. My phone will drop at 101 / I-10 westbound at Goodyear Rd. It is also guaranteed to drop at 101 / 7th St-Cave Creek exit and at 101 / Via Linda exit. Phone service at home is weak, in spite of Airave in the home. Sad to say I may be done with Sprint moving forward. Also AT&T and T Mobile are on par with Sprint in the metro Phoenix area.

Switched from Sprint to Verizon after moving to Wyoming. Great service there, horrible here. Cant make or receive calls, only text, now stuck with 2yr contract with a phone that wont make calls. Pathetic.

Almost switched from Verizon to T-Mobile on big family plan to save money. After visiting T-Mobile store I noticed the coverage map doesn't match with the one online. Online map seems to indicate better coverage. Since SIM card swap out won't let you have 4G access with T-Mobile, I'd have to buy new phones. In the end I'd shave $55 / mo off my bill. The catch - the coverage is not really that good. More than anything, I need reliable coverage and after 12 years with Verizon I know it works just about everywhere - I used to drive all over the state. My cell phone is my life line and I'm not willing to sacrifice the reliability for $55 / month.

Dropped calls all the time and slow downloads. I would never watch a movie using Netflix because 4G is slow. I haven't read any good reviews for other carriers either so I guess bad is better than awful.

Mostly works well for me. I am home most of the time and have never faced any call issues. Have experienced occasional call drops. 4G works good as well. Sometime use tethering and is usually good. Often is faster than my home wifi.

1-2 bars 4lte is max but usually 2 bars 4 lg. According to AT&T website we are well into the area that has full 4lte coverage but our calls drop alot and I cant use data plan unless I turn on wi-fi. Very disappointed, been customer since it was Cingular wireless.

Absolutely Horrible service on any level of 2G-4G LTE. Nothing but dropped calls, 9 / 10 failed texts, missed calls, lost dropped calls, data can't connect, never gets LTE, DATA is in a perpetual spin like it can't find the server.sprint in this area is also equally below poor. Both AT&T and Verizon are completely opposite in this section of the city with perfect connections on calls, texts, and Data every single time.

reception is spotty but 4 bars are showing. Either the other person can't hear me or vice versa. Business calls are a joke and I see why ppl are addicted to texting. Fix the problem of poor technology please.
