Sprint

Sprint is probably the worst. I have no reception at my job and I only have it at home due to my wifi. They automatically take money out of your account to pay a bill without permission and without being on auto direct pay when question about it they try to blame you and they eventually will rugund the money back but it takes 72 hours so if you needed your money or didn't have the amount in your bank you are still left with overdraft fees or with bo money. Speaking to there supervisor afterwards only makes you angrier due to they are there to protect them selves they speak over you and then when they are done talking they hang up on you

T-Mobile

0 Out of 5 (0 stars) | 118th and Jefferson | Cold Water Springs and 118th, Avondale, AZ 85323 |

Recently moved to his area, we've had T-Mobile for 5 years already. As soon as we turn onto 118th, we drop calls, cellular signal, etc. T-Mobile even mailed us a mini cell tower for inside the house. It worked well for 3 was. Then all bad again I have switched to Cricket Wireless and am very pleased. No more dropped calls, attachments send without issues, and calls are clear. I'm using Samsung Galaxy s7 / from T-Mobile and also an IPhone 7. Their plans are reasonable, and you get discounts for multiple lines and auto pay. I pay $100 for 4 lines at 2.5gb per line. We use home wifi and free WiFi when we're out and about. International calls and messages included. I was contemplating ring Sprint, any info would be greatly appreciated! Good Luck!

T-Mobile

1 Out of 5 (1 star) | Indian School | 24th St., Phoenix, AZ 85016 |

T-Mobile has horrible coverage and uses frequencies which are useless in buildings. In fact the T-Mobile store in the Camelback Collonade told me they have too many users in the area for their network. T-Mobile is supposed to use some new antennas in the are but that has not happened yet. Even with 2 -3 bars of signal I will fail to send / receive texts and get zero internet usage. My home is even worse. Now they claim it is my phone and I need to replace it. Course I bought it from them 90 days ago so they wont do anything about it even though I reported the problems literally within 3 days of getting the phone. T-Mobile is horrible in proper central and downtown Phoenix. I'll go back to Verizon, and considering Verizon may be run by a Sith Lord, that's saying something.

We,my daughter and I, live in a mobile home..and I know there is always bad reception in mobiles..my daughter has T-MOBILE on her phone and no problem with reception..on the other hand I have VERIZON and I'm lucky to get a 1x..I can put my phone in the window and get 3g with 2 bars but can't work like that..or stand outside in the heat..in AIRZONA that's not going to happen..why is there so much difference between companies??

Sprint

Switched from MetroPCS to Sprint, thinking I was upgrading. HUGE mistake! I have no data service in the middle of Phoenix, or anywhere in the West Valley! How am I supposed to get anything accomplished when my phone can't make a call or connect to the internet? Time to send this thing back and just eat the restocking fee :(

Verizon

2 Out of 5 (2 stars) | 19th Ave.& Baseline Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85041 |

In my house I barely get 2 bars. And now 2 calls were dropped this week. They sent a sim card but doesn't work with my phone. It's not my phone because other places I will have solid 5 bars.

AT&T

5 Out of 5 (5 stars) | Valley of the Sun | All Phoenix Valley, Mesa, Tempe Etc, Phoenix, AZ 85016 |

As traveling Commercial Photographers, Our Studio's office is often on the road. We have about 750 Mobile Apple devices between our staff and are very happy with AT&T from the heart of Phoenix were into Old Town. I never see it below 3 bars, Usually I'm getting 4 or 5. The data is nice and fast. Keeps me productive on my iPhone and iPad comfortable enough that I do not need to go back home or office for WiFi or Ethernet. I Tether my MacBookProRetina and stay reliably connected all the time. Clients always ask us what carrier is best in this area We use, compare and stress iPhones and iPads all through the valley and comparing the 4 majors. Honestly, AT&T gives us the best constant coverage reliability. T-Mobile is a close second, but with data speeds on LTE sometimes 5-20X's faster depending on Carrier. We recently dropped Verizon for incontinence, andSprint's data is simply horribly unreliable. All in all, we find the GSM carriers to be the most reliable with data devices, (AT&T, T-Mobile). V and S do okay with calls, but why use them for anything else? a GSM carrier in the valley is truly the Superior choice!
