T-Mobile
Absolutely Horrible service on any level of 2G-4G LTE. Nothing but dropped calls, 9 / 10 failed texts, missed calls, lost dropped calls, data can't connect, never gets LTE, DATA is in a perpetual spin like it can't find the server.sprint in this area is also equally below poor. Both AT&T and Verizon are completely opposite in this section of the city with perfect connections on calls, texts, and Data every single time.

Horrible reception. I have 1 bar most of the time and often I can't send a text or make a call because there is no mobile service available. Got an airave and still have major issues. My calls are dropped all the time and Sprint gives me such a hassle to get a credit on my bill for sucky service. I am sick of it!

Roaming in central phoenix! Really! This has been going on for a while now. I have had voice mail where the phone never rang. I have had people try to call me where the phone never rang. I contact Sprint and tell them this problem and I feel like they know it and only pretend to try to solve the problem. I think the whole company from top to bottom is dishonest and they will tell you anything to get you to sign up or keep taking your money. I am so close to dumping these a-holes and burning the contract.

Sprint is very spotty in this area and while usable - dropped calls are frequent and certain areas of your house will have "okay" signal while others won't.

I am a very experienced in mobile telephony technology and used to test mobile phones (on all major carriers) as well as variious networks for prominent online websites. In the past year, I have moved to the area from the midwest in the past year. While overall coverage in Phoenix is not as good in some other major metropolitan areas, I have found that calls and tests in the greater metropolitan area of Phoenix to be very good with AT&T. Data services on LTE work well when outdoors, but due LTE's frequency, data services can be mixed in indoors. HSPA(+) services work have better building penetration and work much better overall in the area. Using a variety of test methods, I have found AT&Ts signal overall to be quite good, with Verizon's coming in a close second and T-Mobiles to be quite good as well. My test set indicates rather poor performance for Sprint in certain areas and with poor data connectivity throughout the valley.

Can not make or take a call when in my home or standing outside. Sprint is not a good choice for this area.

I had switched to T Mobile from Verizon not really knowing how well the reception would be. Once I heard that 4G LTE was now available in the Phoenix area through T Mobile I decided to give it a try. Switching carriers was the best decision I made this year, my bill is half the price, and my reception with T Mobile was much better than it was with Verizon. The bars for my 4G LTE signal is one bar away from being full, and if I happen to be in an area where the signal might not be as strong then HSPA+ would kick in.

I live on the west side and work down town. I am constantly getting roaming, dropped calls or no signal all over downtown and Phoenix.
