Verizon considers Gilbert, AZ a low access area and expected me to have no service or bad service. I was told I could buy an antenna for my house. They knew it would be bad service, nobody mentioned it when signing me up, but this is the answer I got all the way through the store manager and the manager at customer service. Spent 3 days on the phone with them for about 5 hours each day. Nothing fixed and never will be.Was this review helpful to you?
In my house I barely get 2 bars. And now 2 calls were dropped this week. They sent a sim card but doesn't work with my phone. It's not my phone because other places I will have solid 5 bars. Was this review helpful to you?
I am in a building 150 feet from a tower and I can't get a steady bar, not even 1 bar at this location. I go outside and have to do that walking around to get reception, which can't find. I review the T-Mobile map and it says strong signal. With not so strong indoors. 1) drop calls 2) text message not sending 3) no reception at all I am right next to the freeway, I walk out of the office and freeway right there. Was this review helpful to you?

My coverage is spoty sometimes especially in Gilbert Cooper and Warner area. But not bad, looking to lower my cost may go with TMobile. Sounds like the coverage is good. When I had T-Mobile back when smartphones were new the data speed was terrible. Was this review helpful to you?
90% of the time, I have absolutely no service. At home (Peoria) I have 1x if I'm lucky. Webpages never load, apps are always freezing, and service is extremely spotty. Usually I'm okay with calls. But there's absolutely no chance of me having a successful facetime call in the valley. I work in central Phoenix and even have terrible service here. It seems that wherever I go in the valley I never have 4G. I pay money to have absolutely horrible web service. Come to think of it, I've never even seen 4G available on my phone. 3G is rare.Even if my phone claims I have service, it's terrible and lagging. Sprint is getting worse and worse by the day in the Phoenix area. Was this review helpful to you?

It's almost humorous to see the BS that idiots post here... So many gullible, stupid consumers totally ignorant! If you live, work or play anywhere in Maricopa County, You need to get smart and use AT&T or T-Mobile. Get your priorities straight. Stop the ignorance! Stop believing the Propaganda and get in touch with reality! Verizon and Sprint suck in the Valley. You are not getting what you pay for! It's like you're burning money. WAKE TFU!Was this review helpful to you?
Horrible reception in and around Cityscape. When I go out to lunch it is very difficult to watch videos. They are always cutting off.Was this review helpful to you?
Early last year, there was extremely bad T-Mobile service in the Foothills, usually I would get Edge, or 1 bar 4G. I fixed this by personally requesting a T-Mobile tower to be build in the SRP electric building located by E. Chandler Blvd.and S. 25th street. I also emailed SRP in inquiry about leasing the space for the tower. Months rolled by, and there was nothing done, I temporarily used AT&T pre-paid because my T-Mobile service was just not good enough. One day when I popped my T-Mobile sim back into my phone, I notice 4 SOLID bars of LTE, in which I was very suprised and happy to see. It turns out that they did open the tower, I emailed the T-Mobile support agent to thank him. Now I get solid LTE in my house and internet speeds of 70 MBPS. Very glad to be back on my unlimited T-Mobile plan. Was this review helpful to you?
