Sprint

Sprint is the worst! I have only had them for a few months and everything is awful about this provider. The.coverage renders my S3, to the capabilities of a old fashion camera pbone. No streaming videos, no music, cant do anything that requires data. Everywhere I go I receive less than 1mbs for download or upload speed. I will not stay with them as my carrier. I refuse to pay for a service that is not rendered. Sprint as a whole is a crook corporation!

Sprint. I was sold the 4G Evo phone 3 years ago with the promise that I would have 4G service within a few months. Still waiting. Horrible everywhere. It takes 2-3 minutes to get to any website. I broke my first Evo a year ago, replacement Evo, same issues. And within a a month, the screen became dusty. All of my friends have Verizon and they love it. I stuck with Sprint because of the price but as they say, you get what you pay for. Switching to Verizon, iPhone 5 or the latest Galaxy. Not sure which way I will go on the phone. Any thoughts.

My wife's been with Sprint for approximately 7 yrs and has had superior service. I switched from cricket March of 2012 go with a shared plan, all was well until we moved Jan 25 from extension and 60 to center and brown we are constantly being bounced from home network to roaming and being kicked off the network in and approximately 1 / 2 mile around house both she and I have made numerous calls and have been lied to about2 towers being down for repairs and back up supposedly with no improvement, now misteriously they are being upgraded. yet still they want me to buy internet to hookup they're airrave you've gotta be pulling my leg, I've gotta purchase something, from someone else, I'm paying you for, so your service will work? it would be like me reffering them to someone else to pay my bill.

I have not had good experience with Sprint. Have to repeatedly hit the send button to send out texts and constantly experiencing dropped calls!

Just switched to Virgin Mobile from Cricket and can't tell you how disappointed I am, it quite sucks, was looking for a cheaper plan since I only need data and text, I get no data at work, and on my commute to downtown Phoenix it's up and down to nothing. quite frustrating, hope they improve this soon.

We are wintering in different areas, and this is one where the Verizon isn't very good! The data is slow and we must be outside to call.

I get poor reception in my home and at work. Downloads are slow too. Not worth the premium price.

AT&T

Very poor reception indoors even if I'm standing by a window. No reception if I'm more than 10 feet from a wall. Outdoors, reception is sketchy.

T-Mobile

Have service for 8 Months with no signal Called tmobile. they opened a service request. but no results. called and found out that the service in this area is down and maybe they fix in july

I GET GOOD RECEPTION 4 TO 5 BARS HOWEVER THE INTERNET SPEED IS EXTREALY SLOW ABOUT 53 KBPS DONWLOAD and 305 KBPS UPLOAD NONE OF THE APPS THAT USE DATA WORK.

The area south of I 60 and East of the 101 is a T Mobile wasteland. The Dobson Ranch gets very poor cell and Internet with no G4 and 2 bars of cellular coverage. Come on T Mobile. Look at the maps and get a tower in the area.

AT&T

No reception at all on my property, indoors or outdoors.

Everyone with bad comments live in the middle of nowhere. Cheaper living costs do come with a price. I get great service in chandler.

Very spotty coverage in the Ocotillo area. Some places I get over 20mb dl, up the street by my house I barely get 1mb dl.

Spotty 4G coverage for a long time. May have improved recently, as I occasionally get 3 to 4 bars

Horrible reception - just got the phone and have dropped calls almost every time and the 2g service is what this 4g phone amounts too.

Inside I get 1-2 bars, outside in my backyard north facing I get 2-3 bars. 4G speeds only not LTE ever

Coverage in area is poor to spotty. Service from front-line customer service is poor and inconsistent. Varying explanation of when 4G coverage will be coming to Phoenix.

Voice : If you are in Dobson and Ray - Anderson Springs, forget making calls. I moved to an apartment and I get no reception. I get some reception - 1 bar - in my bathroom and now that is where my phone is, set on loud and door open all the time. Unfortunately, I am on contract and unable to cancel. Very Sad. :( Data : If you are looking for LTE coverage, ATT's own coverage map doesn't show any 4G LTE coverage South west of Ray and Dobson. I have tried this with someone's phone - Doesn't have LTE coverage.

Can't believe ATT would have such shoddy reception in this residential neighborhood. I cannot be heard calling from inside or outside of my home in Ocotillo. The reception was acceptable a year or two ago, but now seems to be getting worse. In a city as populated as Chandler, one should be able to depend on a major wireless provider such as ATT

AT&T will be loosing another customer in the Sun Lakes area do to the lousy coverage. I'm aware of over 20 guys who have given up on AT&T because they don't provide adaquate coverage for our area. Most of the time the phone says no service while in my home, and if there are any bars it is just one short bar. Just terrible service to our community

We had to put up a cell booster system to get better reception. The houses around here, are stucco, which has metal lattice to hold the cement, and metal reinforcing straps, which prevent good reception.

Sprint is perfect! I had an iphone with AT&T and had nothing but dropped calls! I switched to Sprint almost two years ago and have never been happier! I live in Chandler and drive to Peoria weekly and have never had a problem! I always said I would NEVER leave Sprint but I am dying to have the Galaxy Note and might consider going to T-Mobile when they get it. I hope it doesn't backfire on me! :)

I have had T-Mobile for 13 years now and have seen huge improvements over the years. I cant say I have never had a dropped call but I can say that the service and data speeds I get are great. Pretty much Always have service, even in buildings and use my phone as a wifi hot spot and there is no extra charge. T-Mobile does have unlimited data but after 5GB it is slowed down quite a bit but at least no extra charge for going over. Their prices are way cheaper than their competitors as well.

I have lived in the Phoenix area for 16 years and always had Verizon and never dropped a call. I traveled to different cities in the US, go hiking and skiing and very seldom or never I had a problem with reception. My friends who have ATT or Spring or TMobil always had more problem that I do.

T-Mobile

Love the service.. Even thought outdated.. Reception is good. Never had a dropped call.. Download speeds with speed test app usually reads Downloads 5-9mbps Uploads 3-5mbps.
