After recently moving here from Atlanta GA, I noticed I had been dropping calls, but this started with a few a day to an unbelievably 6-10 calls per day. After doing some research on cellular towers in the surrounding area of Phoenix I found that Sprint does not have many which may very well be the main issue. My wife would say my phone is fine, but now as of today she has been dropping calls left and right as well. So now we are thinking about switching to TMobile because from people we know here and the reviews I have read they get really good signal here. An added bonus is they also pay your termination fees, if you join and they offer an unlimited everything plan something we were used to with Sprint. I am def going to switch Sprint really sucks here in Phoenix. I was in Sierra Vista AZ and had no problems and that is a military town and they barely have radio stations.

Two weeks ago our service literally fell off the grid. 95% of the time we cannot make or receive phone calls. No problem with text messaging. Have contacted Verizon and never got a satisfactory answer. We suddenly find ourselves in a black hole with the solution Verizon suggest - buy their $250 net work booster. I consider this a breach of contract. Very disappointed in a company I was very happy with. Did they recently loose a contract on a cell tower that provided service to us?

Switched to AT&T 2 years ago for all the wrong reasons and have suffered every since. I would estimate drop calls to happen 50% of the time, 20% of the time calls go dead for about 20-30 seconds, another category is my phone doesn't ring 30% of the time and I just get a chime when I'm notified someone has left a voice mail. I've encountered bad spots with AT&T all over Ahwatukee especially main areas like Ray and 48th St. Trust me, stay away from AT&T, 2 soup cans and a piece of string will get you further. I'm going back to Verizon where I've never had a problem in the past once the IPhone 5 comes out very soon.

I do not know what is going on in my area. I have a TMobile phone, the service for which is sketchy. I took AT&T service with iPhone for business and this phone would not work at all. I am talking to AT&T for making a full refund if they cannot provide coverage.

No recpetion at home, Fountain Hills, very spotty in all the valley. Verizon will be my next try. Speaking to my neighbors I know it will at least work in my home.

I hate cingular! I cannot use my phone in my house or at my work. I do not believe they are the best for dropped calls, because every phone call I receive gets dropped. I will be switching soon.

Moved into neighborhood in Dec 2005 and haven't had any dropped calls or bad reception problems. I have sporadic problems throughout the city but not at home.
