I switched from AT&T when I moved here because of bad service. at 1st I had great service. then it started dropping calls constantly. so I bought an iPhone 6 thinking it would be better. it was good for a few months and now Im back to one bar and dropping calls all the time.Was this review helpful to you?

10 yr customer of Verizon. Once upon a time, I used to get great signal strength. Starting early this summer, Verizon signal strength is now 2 bars at best and only 3g! Verizon states that there is no problem on their end but my area is on the fringe of their coverage. Nonsense! But hey, they sure want to push an upgraded phone at you. My thoughts: Verizon has throttled down their service to Fountain Hills residents in favor of the Scottsdale area. The number of complaints coming from Fountain Hills is incredible but we are up against a mega corporation who couldn't care less. Their profits are far more important than customer service and providing us what we are paying for. Crappy service and that's understated!Was this review helpful to you?

I switched to Sprint after 8yrs with AT&T becuz it was $50 / mo less. I travel in mainly central and north Phoenix, north Scottsdale, Carefree, Cave Creek, and Paradise Valley. 90% of the time I'm not on 4G, it's mostly Sprint's 3G or 1x. Even the 10% of the time I'm on 4G, it's never more than 3 bars. In spite of this, speaking on the phone seems to work ok most of the time(or at least it's manageable). However, the data speeds are inexcusable / atrocious.Was this review helpful to you?

Sprint absolutely sucks here. Used to be great for many years- loved their service. Then the past year has been a nightmare. Traded in 3 new phones- still no reception, dropped calls. Even Sprint said it was them, not the hardware - so much so that they agreed to cancel my contract when they saw through diagnostic review that there was 90% dropped calls!Was this review helpful to you?
Dropped calls. Caller on other end cannot hear me. Have repeatedly reported this for 3 months, since I purchased the iPhone 6.. All I get are excuses. Horrible service! Have paid over $75 each month for three months for incomplete non acceptable service with Verizon All I get is double talk from reps and supervisors.
