T-Mobile has horrible coverage and uses frequencies which are useless in buildings. In fact the T-Mobile store in the Camelback Collonade told me they have too many users in the area for their network. T-Mobile is supposed to use some new antennas in the are but that has not happened yet. Even with 2 -3 bars of signal I will fail to send / receive texts and get zero internet usage. My home is even worse. Now they claim it is my phone and I need to replace it. Course I bought it from them 90 days ago so they wont do anything about it even though I reported the problems literally within 3 days of getting the phone. T-Mobile is horrible in proper central and downtown Phoenix. I'll go back to Verizon, and considering Verizon may be run by a Sith Lord, that's saying something. Was this review helpful to you?

My house seems to be the epicenter of a cell service dead zone for Verizon. It hasn't always been this way, but in the past several months I get either no or very weak reception as I enter my small neighborhood just NE of 52nd St. and Doubletree, and I get limited or no reception in my home. I am heading out right now to find a new carrier. Was this review helpful to you?
If I go to the 2nd floor of my home I can get 2 bars LTE, on the first floor, no service. Also certain areas in our neighborhood get no service. Was this review helpful to you?
Have been using cricket for several months, they're an "MVNO" (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) that has recently been officially acquired by AT&T so-to-speak. Nevertheless ever since paying a $17 difference to upgrade from $35 Unlimited plan with only 2.5GB data to a truly "unlimited" High-Speed for $65 with AutoPay. In the middle of my service period. So far I've used over 15GB of data with no slow down at all :)! Consistent 8-10mbps down, and I've seen the upload as high as 22mbps! Which is great for if your backing up data, or do alotta web development. (Or for the NSA Surveillance to get your phone's data quick to Data Farms the state over ;) (LOL-Laugh it up!) Tho for $65 it beats the socks off of "CenturyLink" a local telecom / DSL provider for which has recently Provisioned to even slower speeds in Fountain Hills from 7mbps for a few years the fastest they offer to my residence is 5mbps down, and even after line quality tests they're a joke. I'm very much content with Cricket as is the same coverage as AT&T Pre-paid / contract suckers. Tho because cricket is an MVNO AT&T do technically have higher priority, and most likely slightly faster downstream speeds, etc! :) - KWASWas this review helpful to you?

As traveling Commercial Photographers, Our Studio's office is often on the road. We have about 750 Mobile Apple devices between our staff and are very happy with AT&T from the heart of Phoenix were into Old Town. I never see it below 3 bars, Usually I'm getting 4 or 5. The data is nice and fast. Keeps me productive on my iPhone and iPad comfortable enough that I do not need to go back home or office for WiFi or Ethernet. I Tether my MacBookProRetina and stay reliably connected all the time. Clients always ask us what carrier is best in this area We use, compare and stress iPhones and iPads all through the valley and comparing the 4 majors. Honestly, AT&T gives us the best constant coverage reliability. T-Mobile is a close second, but with data speeds on LTE sometimes 5-20X's faster depending on Carrier. We recently dropped Verizon for incontinence, andSprint's data is simply horribly unreliable. All in all, we find the GSM carriers to be the most reliable with data devices, (AT&T, T-Mobile). V and S do okay with calls, but why use them for anything else? a GSM carrier in the valley is truly the Superior choice! Was this review helpful to you?
