Infuriating--calls regularly fail to ring through; text messages delayed 20 minutes plus; this is in a window office just east of Scottsdale Airpark. I get better reception up on the backside of the San Francisco Peaks than I do in North Scottsdale. I repeat: infuriating, and inexcusable.

T-Mobile I never know if or when a message goes thru. I have switched to only texting with my family and friends because of this. Apparently most messages eventually do get sent. The people at the stores are very nice. One in Scottsdale made adjustments that helped, but were temporary. Another store gave me a mobile hot spot to use but the when hooked up says "can't find T-Mobile signal". I walk around inside and outside and almost always have 4 bars - but - if I dial I get the msg "emergency only". I believe T-Mobile is my best option out here (Rio Verde), but I sure would like to use the phone normally

We spend our winters in Scottsdale at our condo. No problem with reception last year (2016) but this year is terrible. have to go outside to talk on our phone. Nothing has changed in our condo, so it has to be Verizon and now having poor service / reception here. The terrible reception is on all our phones thru Verizon (6 phones) for our relatives who have visited here.

Calls are constantly being interrupted / muted. Sometimes a call doesn't even go through to my phone and people assume the phone is off and don't call back. The 4G connection will show 3-4 bars many times, but the bandwidth is absolutely horrible. Basic browsing using phone data will make you feel like you're back in the days of dial-up. From what I can see, it's due to there being practically no cell towers in most of NW Glendale / Phoenix, except for 3rd party towers that are likely servicing 10's of thousands of people during peak hours.

I've been using T-Mobile for about 9yrs with no problems whatsoever up until around 15 months ago and since then it has progressively gotten worse. I used to always have 3-4 bars of 4G data with no dropped calls, fast internet / download speeds, no complaints. Now, practically all my calls are dropped 2-3x per call, I can't download anything from GP and sometimes I can't even get online at all! I don't know wtf T-Mobile has done but whatever it is it's not for the benefit of their customers and they need to FIX IT!

I dont know why the hell I need to pay $64 a month to get such a poor signal @ home. I should probably be sitting in a bus stand to work. All I get is 1 bar on my iPhone. Not sure if phone sucks or service sucks.

Got to get a cell tower nearer PV. It's ridiculous how poorly cell phones work here!

Phone service is great no matter where I'm at no dropped calls in the last five years they are more per month works for me for now

Horrible reception. Cuts out all the time. They say to use WiFi assisted calling. That's not much better. Last year service was bad, but not this bad. I have to use a landline now for calls from home which is a pain.

It seems the phones are getting smarter but the phone service is getting worse. I have noticed many more dropped calls or muted calls over the past year. When I go north on central between Bethany Home and Dunlap I experience dropped calls regularly. When I head east on Osborne between 7th st and 12 st I experience muted calls. I can hear the other party asking if I an there and then they hang up. Frustrating!
