AT&T

Reception didn't used to be this bad, but now I can't use my phone within about a 1.5 mile radius. Last year has been HORRIBLE and I'm ready to leave AT&T

We have 1 bar in our house, 2 bars if we are lucky in our front yard, but some parts of the street we are on give us zero reception. Once we drive out of my neighborhood, get about a half mile down the road and we get about 4 bars.

Horrible reception with dropped calls and people not being able to hear me. This problem has been ongoing. Will this be fixed?

Get only 2 to 3 bars in my house but most of the time is 2 and people can not understand me except every other word.

Can you hear me now?? I've had Verizon Wireless in the same location for 12 years and the service has been vastly degrading over the last couple of months (no 4G LTE, multiple dropped calls). I've opened a trouble ticket with their network team and I hope others do the same. My wild guess is that this is a result of their new unlimited plan causing over-subscription. I wonder whether the signal is degrading on its own due to servicing more clients or if Verizon is actively "turning it down." I've been ok with paying a premium for Verizon service because it was reliable and fast. Lately, it is neither reliable nor fast, just expensive.

Not sure why but I use to get 3 or 4 bars in my office now its down to 0 or 2 at best. Looked at the map and there is not a tower for at least 1 / 2 mile as the crow flys. We are in a mixed use are of large manufactures and hoses.

My service has gotten worse over the last few months (maybe 6) but used to be just fine. I called Verizon a few months back and they were telling me to do all sorts of changes to my phone settings but nothing worked. They couldn't give me a reason as to why so I left it at that. Then I called back because I still wasn't happy and they said I would probably need a sort of signal booster that they sell for areas where I live in. The thing is it never used to be this way. I never had a problem with my service out here. I told everyone how good my service was over here. Then it slowly started getting worse and worse. Now it's been 6 months and they sent out some technicians to check and they are saying that many San Tan Valley residents have been having the same problem but unfortunately there was no fix at the moment.

I have been an ATT WIRELESS CUSTOMER since 1999 and have always paid promptly! I should be given a micro cell tower to boost my signal. I WILL NOT PAY FOR THIS SEEVICE! Thank you.

We spend our winters in Scottsdale at our condo. No problem with reception last year (2016) but this year is terrible. have to go outside to talk on our phone. Nothing has changed in our condo, so it has to be Verizon and now having poor service / reception here. The terrible reception is on all our phones thru Verizon (6 phones) for our relatives who have visited here.
