Verizon
Awful service... .whole family just switched to sprint. Called Verizon, no help. No problems so far with sprint. Had been a loyal Verizon customer for years.

Virtually no reception, despite their lies about map coverage. Signed up for two years and got totally ripped off. Could not use the phones, either of us. The minute it connected, it disconnected, or we started to say something and mid first sentence, were cut off by a dropped call. Sprint could not have cared less. Never ever going back to Sprint.

No service most of the time. Best signal 1-2 bars... maybe. Dropped calls regularly. Texting receipts delayed for days. Texting sending 'failed' over half of time. Hey ATT, we are in Eastmark, new people moving in every week. EVERYONE says DO NOT GET ATT. 15,000 homes when build out. FIX SERVICE NOW !

Service is very poor to nonexistent lately due to number of dropped calls. Allegedly area is 4G however phone primarily shows 3G with 1-3 bars.

Verizon at Eagle Mtn, is awful, most calls drop; All THE TIME! The entire area is sketchy, one street may be better or worse than the next street. My boyfriend has AT& T, his calls are perfect in Sunset Ridge but my Verizon is horrible even with a network extender,( which most neighbors have resorted to); although even with extender the service still drops calls not to mention: the second I leave the house and the extender's range, phone calls drop. Seriously considering AT&T, but I'd like a REAL alternative, neither of the big guys are an acceptable alternative. There must be a better carrier

LTE coverage is spotty at home. Usually one bar on 4g and 2 or 3 bars on 3G. Rarely have dropped calls but data is slow on 3G. Much faster on 4g when it works. Nearest Verizon tower is about 2 miles away. Good signal strength in other parts of town, though. We've been with Verizon for 16 years and are happy overall.

Verizon gets anywhere from 3 to 1 to no bars. Usually one bar. Frequently drops calls. We live in a subdivision of 500 homes, you would think that Verizon would invest in additional towers to cover this many customers.

1 bar 4G then 1 bar 3G then no bars drops phone calls no internet. Went on roof of house to see if reception is any better but no change. I called Verizon they say that strange you are surrounded by towers and that should not happen. We will send out tech to check out the area, thats was 5 days ago no change. Im useing my son inlaws hot spot ATT and it has five bars with it, this is the only way to use our smart phones. Pretty bad when you spend $170.00 for phone service and dont have any... .
