Verizon

In all of my 5 years with Verizon, the only places I have ever had a dropped call or no service was in certain parts of KY, NY and when I was out hiking here in lovely AZ. Their service has been phenomenal around the valley. Their customer service, however, is awful.

Coming from AT&T I expected more from Verizon. At my home I get full bars and great service. By riverview on dobson, I consistently get 2 bars, at 24 hour fitness I get 1 bar, fry food, 2 bars. For all the hype on their commercials I am not impressed with Verizon and actually better coverage on ATT, which surprises me but facts are facts.

Very poor signal strength here... .only 1 bar usually, sometimes 2. Friends with AT&T have 5 bars. I like Verizon, but the signal strength is too poor to 'cut the cord' and depend on them for phone service. According to the maps the nearest Verizon tower is 2 miles away while an AT&T tower is within 1 / 2 mile. Smarten up Verizon! This is with both a LG L39C and an ancient Nokia phone that has an antenna!

I switched over from Verizon because of their expensive plans. Sprint is just average giving me LTE in my area with 2 bars is still kind of slow but hey for the price it works. No dropped calls either. You get what you pay for.

I have been on Verizon for 8 years - and in the first 3 years, calls were being dropped. As I think back, I have had a dropped calls in the last few years. I am hard of hearing, and it is hard enough to understand what people are saying, and heaven forbid a dropped call - only adds to my frustration. But, Verizon is expensive is all you consider is price. I need quality, dependability, and frustration free service. Guess, I have pay for it and stay with Verizon.

Great for a home phone service. Unfortunately works requires a mobile phone and Pinal County is zero data coverage (AJ, San Tan Valley, Maricopa, and I already knew the low population density desert like Bisbee is no chance). The caveat, Tombstone has the best coverage for 4G data I have seen. So Wyatt Earp is covered. Too bad he is already buried in L.A. To the comment of living in the middle of nowhere, Ocotillo and Dobson are far from low cost of living.

No problem live in a mobile home park and can even talk in our home. B etter than it is at our home in Wisconsin.
